LUXURY WATERFRONT CONDO LOCATED IN THE HEART OF TREASURE ISLAND

Newly acquired condo. This condo is located with great water views and has a pool minutes away. If your a beach person it's across the street with direct beach access. Publix is located with one condo building between it and my condo. Treasure Island has several restaurants within walking distance. Both bedrooms have their own private bathrooms with king beds and tv's in each room. The living room has a new queen size hide-a-bed couch. Full size washer/dryer located in the condo.

Better than expected! The view of the intercoastal and proximity to the beach were incredible. The place was spotless. The condo was bigger and nicer than expected and very well stocked with anything we needed - which really make the trip so easy. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We would definitely rent again.

Greatest stay ever!

Loved the location -- proximity to pool, beach access, Publix, Sloppy Joe's, Taco Bus. Beautiful view of the lagoon and great beach-side viewing for 4th of July fireworks! Would highly recommend this location!

Perfect Accommodations

This condo was exactly what we were looking for: waterview, pool, beach across the street, walking distance to shopping, groceries, restaurants and bars. Easy access to trolley system. Appreciated both bedrooms had king beds; Jeff was easy to work with and the condo wasn’t busy. Great trip!

Beautiful Intercoastal Condo

This condo is a great option for 2 couples. It is very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool every day and walked right across the street to the beach for walks and sunsets. Plenty of dolphin and sting ray sightings from the balcony and pool. We would definitely recommend.

You can see from the photos the property is beautiful with a great location. We had great communication with the owner and the amenities were excellent. The towels, bedding and kitchen supplies were excellent and we had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation.

Stayed 8 nights at a great property across from the beach. Owner was accommodating with extending the stay for one day. Property itself was well amentized and really could not ask for more. Heartily recommend for anyone planning a beach vacation.

I have pictures from the condo looking at the beach and beach looking at the condo. The public beach parking is across the street. This condo has great access compared to other condo's in the area.

Very accommodating!!

Very comfortably slept 4 adults & 2 teenagers. Condo was well stocked with anything needed for a relaxing vacation (beach/pool towels & toys, beach chairs, a cart to brings things to beach, washer dryer in condo, a George Foreman grill for use, plenty of pillows, blankets, sheets, closet & dresser space! Fireplace was nice to have for chilly evening! We had a great week in a Great place! Would definitely rent again!!

Perfect!

This place is the definition of convenience. The condo is well stocked and close to EVERYTHING we love in Treasure Island. Beach is a walk across the street, and the condo is stocked with chairs, towels, a collapsible cooler and other fun items for a beach day. We were a family of six…us, two grandparents and two kids and the layout is perfect. I never felt like we were on top of each other at all, as we have been in other condos in the area. Trolley is great. Publix is great. The pool is very well taken care of and even though this condo is in the main stretch, it is quiet. All you have to do is show up! Chances are if you’ve forgotten something, this place may have it for you!

VRBO, refund my cleaning fee. Filthy floors/windows /kitchen. Old opened food in fridge/cabinets.

Host gave wrong entry code, phoned him to get right code to enter condo. Host did not give Wi-Fi info, told us to check router. Upon entry we found FILTHY floors so we wore shoes, FILTHY windows, old food in fridge/cabinets, dirty kitchen appliances, linens in dryer. VRBO REFUND MY CLEANING FEE!

I have used the same maid company for several years. There is a keypad entry code for the door and a separate lockbox code we’re the key is kept. The key will unlock the deadbolt and also the door handle/ keypad in the event of battery failure as a backup and not for guest use. The maid has in their access instructions “Do not lock the deadbolt “, which in this situation the maid didn’t follow an locked the deadbolt creating the initial check- in problem. While talking to the renter on initial call I figured out the deadbolt was locked and gave him the code to the lockbox an he was able to get in. Instead of calling me regarding the cleaning issues, he left a msg on VRBO. I gave them an early check-in an could have had the maid go back out there if he would have called. After reading the msg on VRBO that evening I contacted the owner of the maid service and sent this response below. I have scheduled the maid to come by tomorrow 12-1. I will be flying tomorrow and will need to be notified if this time doesn’t work for you. No, we have plans and are not available. Please do not mot schedule maid for condo cleaning during our 2 week stay. We have cleaned some things. We ate OK. I never heard anything further during their two weeks stay and I replaced the maid service. Since the wifi code has to be entered exactly, I figured it is best to read it off the equipment directly. I have added the Wi-Fi code to the move-in instructions.

Perfect location!

My sisters and I spent a week at this property and loved it! The location was within walking distance to Sloppy Joe’s, Ricky Ts and shopping. A short car ride <2 miles to John’s Pass and the beach access was across the street. Publix was practically next door and the carts by the elevator at the condo made it that much more convenient. We had an issue with the toilet handle and Jeff was very responsive. We would stay at this condo again!

Great condo with lots of space. Kitchen and supplies were perfect. Wonderful location, cross the street and you are on the beach. Walking distance from shopping, restaurants, and bars. Busy street but very quiet inside. Nice pool, dock, and balcony. Definitely recommend!
