Le meilleur des deux mondes se trouve ici, à Treasure Island: l’intercoastal et la plage!

DĂ©tendez-vous sur le patio privĂ© de ce condo de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains et observez les dauphins et le lamantin nager! Le patio comprend un barbecue privĂ© et 4 places assises Ă  la table, ainsi que 2 chaises basses supplĂ©mentaires pour se dĂ©tendre. Lisez un livre, prenez votre boisson prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©e ou rendez-vous avec vos voisins sur le quai. Vous pouvez Ă©galement faire du kayak, du paddleboard ou de la pĂȘche hors du quai (kayaks et paddleboards non inclus). Voir le lever du soleil de notre patio et coucher de soleil sur la plage!

La plage est à moins de 5 minutes à pied! Des chaises de plage, des serviettes de plage, des jouets et des radeaux sont à votre disposition dans le placard. La promenade en bord de mer est idéale pour la marche ou le jogging! Aussi à distance de marche est un parc dans la rue avec des équipements de fitness, une épicerie Publix sur le coin et des restaurants / bars! Fabuleux shopping à John's Pass est à moins de 3 km! Vous pouvez également explorer St. Pete, Clearwater Beach, Indian Rocks, Largo et Tampa sont facilement accessibles en voiture!

La grande chambre principale a un lit queen size, un dressing et une salle de bain principale attenante avec baignoire / douche. La deuxiĂšme chambre a deux lits jumeaux. La deuxiĂšme salle de bain complĂšte avec douche Ă  l’italienne est situĂ©e dans le couloir, prĂšs de la deuxiĂšme chambre Ă  coucher. Draps, serviettes et sĂšche-cheveux dans chaque salle de bain sont inclus! Un canapĂ© dans le salon peut Ă©galement ĂȘtre utilisĂ© pour dormir, bien que ce ne soit pas un tiroir.

La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée en gros appareils électroménagers, ustensiles de cuisine, vaisselle, cafetiÚre, grille-pain et épices pour la cuisine. La salle à manger peut accueillir quatre personnes. Une laveuse et une sécheuse empilables sont dans l'unité pour votre usage!

Les télévisions sont dans les deux chambres et dans le salon. WiFi et le cùble sont inclus! Livres et DVD inclus. Alexa a été intégré dans le thermostat pour permettre la lecture de musique via le thermostat! Bien sûr, Alexa peut aussi vous parler des heures du coucher du soleil et de la marée basse / haute!

Le salon et la chambre principale offrent une vue magnifique sur l'intercoastal.

Deux places de stationnement sont attribuées au condo. Serrure électronique sur la porte pour que vous n'ayez pas à vous soucier des clés.

The condo was redone after the hurricane so everything was new and very clean. We loved the view from the deck and really enjoyed watching the dolphins and boats go by. The walk to the beach is only about 5 minutes and Publix is right next door. All our favorite bars and restaurants are within walking distance so it's an ideal location.The building itself that the condo is in is very clean and the people who live there full time are very sweet and welcoming. We are really sad it is already booked for our dates for 2027.

Excellent! So blessed they were able to have this property available since it was damaged from the hurricane. Great location with all the amenities you need to truly live your vacation.

Great space

We’ve stayed here twice and will keep coming back as long as we can. Everything is great, the space is large for a family of 4, the location is walkable to beach, food, and more, the dock has beautiful views and the fishing is great.

Amazing location and view

We fell in love with Treasure Island last year when we visited. Coming back after the hurricanes was what we wanted to do to support the community. We loved the location of the condo and the view from the patio. The dolphins were out almost every day we were there. All of us also enjoyed the birds on the dock. We can't wait to come back! Our host was also amazing answering all of our questions.

Awesome!

Loved the location, very close to bars, restaurants, beach. Anything you ever wanted without having to drive. Hubby loved fishing off the dock. This place was so relaxing and the neighbors were very nice. Hope to be back again.

A Perfect Family Getaway with Stunning Bay Views and Dolphin Sightings!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo! The bay views were absolutely breathtaking—we especially loved watching dolphins play in the water right from the balcony. The condo was spotless and had everything our family needed to feel right at home.My husband and son spent hours fishing off the dock, which was a huge highlight for them. We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the wagon and beach chairs—they made it so easy to load up our toys and buckets for a fun day at the beach.This place was the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure.

Great St Pete Beach condo.

This condo is nicely located on St Pete Beach. It is directly on the back bay with a nice view and access to the pier. Sea birds abound providing constant entertainment. The unit is well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Just like home. We hope to return.

Perfect Location

First time to St. Pete area and could not have picked a better location! The bay is beautiful and so glad we did not pay more to stay on beach. We only went to beach 2x. No success fishing off the dock so we went to the Skyway Bridge. The marine life on the bay was incredible! Dolphins and manatees right at the dock! Great relaxing week on the water!

Couldn't have picked a better place to stay

We had the best vacation and the location of this condo was the reason! The views of the bay are amazing! We saw dolphins, a seahorse right at the dock, jellyfish and lots of fish! The beach is literally a 4 minute walk! Publix is at the corner and restaurants within walking distance! Madeira beach is 8 minutes away and you can see alligators in parks within 30 minutes of the condo! The host communicates super fast and made the stay perfect! The neighbors are very welcoming and great to chat with too. We will be back again!

Memories at Treasure Island

My husband and I spent two weeks at this property. We found the perfect spot for all the things we enjoy doing; walking, drum circle, the beach, convenience to grocery store, restaurants, sunsets, sunrises and wildlife. Everyone we met were very friendly. Enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching all the boats and dolphins. The owners were prompt in getting back to us when we had some hiccups. One suggestion would be a small cooler for the beach. The cart, chairs and umbrella saved us at the beach. Definitely planning on staying here again in May. In conclusion, the place was perfect for us and nicely decorated.

Couldn’t ask for more!

I honestly couldn’t ask for more than what this property and owners provide. This property does not feel like a rental property, it feels like a home. It is so tastefully decorated, the furniture is super comfortable, and the fact that there is a washer/dryer to use makes it that much better. Location is wonderful! We were able to walk to so many restaurants and the beach is a short stroll down the street. The surroundings were quiet and peaceful and we spent most evenings playing games out on the patio while watching for dolphins or just enjoying the sunset. I don’t have anything negative to say about the property or owners. THIS is my new happy place!

We love to travel but the place that we go back to every year is Florida! We enjoy the entire area between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete. We are so excited to have met our goal of having a home away from home in Treasure Island. We've had so much fun decorating it and making it our home. While we are excited to be there ourselves, we are also very excited to share it with others!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We knew the minute we saw it, that this was "the one!" The condo is open and bright. We LOVE the view of the water from the living room, bedroom and patio! We are avid animal lovers so we get so much pleasure seeing the birds, fish, dolphins and manatees right out the door. The location is also a huge plus. We love the quiet of the intercoastal but also that the beach is less than a 5 minute walk away. There are so many restaurants, bars and shops that we can walk to if we want to grab a bite to eat, drinks or just to kick back and listen to live music.

The boardwalk along the beach and the park across the street provide great places to get a walk or run in! There is fitness equipment in the park so it's easy to get a quick workout in as well!
