Couldn’t have asked for better

honestly, place was fantastic and clean and the hotel staff along with the amazing rooftop pool. The beach is also the best beach with the property being right in the middle of it all. Was also a very good price after I heard what others said they were paying for the exact same thing. The listers also allowed us an early check in after we had a earlier flight, very thankful for that.

There were not enough towels, had to call for more. There was no extra blanket either. The refresh after 5 days consisted of a plastic bag of linens and towels, hardly a refresh

Great room

Room/ condo was as advertised. Beach and pool were beautiful. Bar And food on pool deck were great. Only issues were broken elevators and the check in staff could have given better information on navigating the broken elevators. The handicap lift was also broken. The valet were excellent. Never had to wait. Overall great get away

Beautiful Beach

The beach at this property was beautiful. Soft and teal blue waters. We also enjoyed our time at the roof top pool. The view was great. The water was warm. And the food at the roof top restaurant was excellent. The room was clean however, I was displeased with the condition of the shower. There was visible mold throughout. There were not enough towels and washcloths given for our family but the host quickly contacted the building and they were provided to us. The bed was comfortable and linens were clean. Overall, we would return to this area!

The location and access to the beach is great. Unfortunately the pool was closed while we were there, which was one of the main reasons we picked the place so my daughter could swim. The hidden resort fees were not called out in the pricing details of reservation so that was not a pleasant surprise to say the least

Overall the stay was lovely. Staff were kind and helpful, location was great,we didn’t have supplies for our two week stay like enough bathroom towels, no kitchen towels enough toilet paper,dish soap. Minor things but for the cost and resort fees these should have been there. I have to mention the pool was beautiful and very clean. The pool staff were wonderful! And the valet staff were efficient/ fast getting our car each day!

Perfection!

I can’t say enough how wonderful our stay at this property was. The entire property was constantly in pristine condition. Safety and Cleanliness is obviously a first priority in all common Areas as well as the condo itself. Pool, beach, Beach, and Sunset restaurant and Bar are just to die for. Restaurants and coffee shops , mini markets are all within seconds to minutes walks. The gym is immaculate with very modern equipment. It was all a very wonderful experience that I highly recommend to couples, or Family alike. The only thing that was a little off was the availability of seating on the pool deck. Some guest are less considerate than others, and at this property, people tend to go drop towels and couple of miscellaneous items to give the impression of the lounges and area being occupied. I think something çan be done by the management to Make this experience better for eveyone. Possibly monitoring and timing. Overall though, we will definitely be back and I don’t see us staying anywhere else. We love this property and the very hospitable and accommodating staff and host.

No hot water in kitchen and bathroom sinks for 2 weeks.

It was ok until we found no hot water in kitchen and bathroom sinks.many texts went back and forth to your management staff to no avail. The service techs barely spoke any English nor seemed to be able to communicate in English. I recommended you folks get the owner involved asap. We always kept the property clean and neat. I had to speak into the techs phone to enable a translation of the problem and his response. This is simply unacceptable in 2023 given the cost of the two weeks we stayed at chc. Finally given the multi page contract we signed it's just unacceptable. Hope I get a response from you regarding this summary. David Mulica

Emplacement parfait

Le condo (S-415) est trĂšs moderne avec un emplacement de choix prĂšs du Broardwalk d’Hollywood beach. Le balcon est aussi large que le condo avec 1 porte par chambre et 1 porte dans le salon. Les lits sont confortables et les chambre offrent bcp de rangement. Le sofa lit est aussi trĂšs confortable. UnitĂ© bien isolĂ© du son. Les 2 salles de bain n’ont que des douches mais grandes et inclus les produits de base. Il n’y a pas de nettoyage d’inclus mais l’hĂŽtel fournit rĂ©guliĂšrement les draps et les serviettes pour qu’on puisse les changer. Le condo est Ă©quipĂ© de chaise de plages, de jeux de plage mais malheureusement, la cuisine n’est pas bien Ă©quipĂ© (ex.: aucun linge pour laver, manque d’ustensile de cuisson, aucune spatule, aucun bol, ni sel ni poivre). Un peu d'investissement ferait la diffĂ©rence. Le service des employĂ©s est impeccable et le 7e Ă©tage est simplement magnifique avec sa piscine chauffĂ©e, son spa et ses nombreuses chaises. À 2 minutes du condo car situĂ©e aussi dans la tour sud. L’unitĂ© inclus un lave-vaisselle, une laveuse-sĂ©cheuse tout-en 1, un frigo et congĂ©lateur. On recommande !!!

Excellent Stay

We had to change our plans a week prior to a trip & found this listing to stay at. I am so glad our previous booked place cancelled because we were so impressed & had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Clean, beautiful and a great location super close to the beach are a few great features! We highly recommend this place!!
