The place is beautiful with an amazing view. The host is great to work with. The only drawback was that it is on the third floor with no elevator and I am not sure that was mentioned anywhere.

Great Stay

Our daughter graduated from CSU. This is a great place to stay while visiting your CSU student with family. Very close to downtown and a beautiful townhouse.

Great FOCO Stay

I loved staying in this property for 9 days during a work trip. The space was large, convenient, and had so many special touches. Loved the porch, bicycles and decor.

The Perfect Location

Wow what a cool rental. Plenty of space, amazing neighborhood, and walkable to breweries and old town. Next time in Ft. Collins im for sure staying here.

Comfortable on North College

The family of four and I stayed for three nights. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The house was clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. Neighborhood is quiet and clean as well

We rented the townhome for a family wedding. The location of the home was perfect. We were minutes away from everything we needed and just down the road from other family. The bed were comfy, the home was just as explained. While we didn’t cook much the kitchen was stocked with everything needed to make meals.
