This apartment is on a second floor, it is located in the heart of the metropolitan area (all these places are Driving distance) at 12 minutes from Luis Muñoz Marin Airport, 15 minutes of tourist areas and beaches and about 3 minutes from Plaza Las Americas, the biggest mall in PR. You also will find Walgreens Pharmacy and supermarkets near by.
Places to eat are at a walking distance, you will find chinese food, puerto rican food, fast foods and restaurants.
If you wish to travel north, south, west or east of Puerto Rico, the highway is about a minute away.
Is your check-in is late at night? Don't worry, check-in procedure will be send the same day of your arrival, you will be able to check-in with no hassle.

The apartment has an available second bedroom equipped with a full size bed, A/C and TV with an extra $60 fee not exceeding a 7 night stay for 2 additional guests. If extended stay is needed; please do not hesitate to contact the Host.

Please ready carefuly:
Please make sure not to spill or clean your make-up with the bedding or towels, any stain you leave on beddings or towels that cannot be remove after laundry wash, a picture will be taken and it will be charge.

Our host was wonderful, he gave us places to go see and places to eat. We would definitely go back there again. The unit was as described , clean and it had everything we needed.

The place was clean, in a quiet neighborhood right off the main road near gas station convenience store. Angel was very attentive during our stay, felt like staying with a relative. ACs in the bedrooms were great you do pay for the living room AC but you could also leave windows open or door open for the amazing breeze (home is gated). About 10 mins from San Juan and easy to get to highways, which was great since we were out a lot. Great place, I would definitely stay again. Thank you Angel!!

Cozy stay

Great place perfect location close to everywhere we needed owner provided everything even extras owner was very polite and very friendly only thing is ac and tvs only in rooms so living room gets hot and if you want to watch tv it would have to be in the rooms if a tv and ac could be added to the living room this place would be more then perfect awesome

Amazing stay

Angel was very communicative during our whole trip. From check in, to letting us know whats in the area. His home is cute and comfy. In a safe neighborhood with the highway near by and all other attractions not to far. He also provided beach chairs and floats for the water. I will definitely be booking with Angel for my March trip next year.

Property is right in the middle of everything there is to do in San Juan and of the freeways. Angel was super nice and has a nice little cozy home. Only thing I would say is parking is a little tough for small cars. Because of how high it is from the ground. But then again, that’s most of PR. I would definitely come back again!

When we got to the property there were 3 men standing around. One man, whom I’m assuming was the host, greeted us. The key was already in the door knob. 4 women, we did not feel safe with those men standing around the property. When we got in the property it was dirty, hot and very small. We left immediately.
