Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. We are located right next to one of the main water features on the property. It's also an end unit which makes it quieter. Our home just finished a full update to 2023 standards, including all new flooring, paint, lighting, furnishings, and appliances. I love that we can walk to restaurants or to the lake and watch the birds. Fast WiFi and streaming is complimentary. Close to the freeway entrance and has a two car garage.

Winter Getaway!

This was our 4th year staying a month at a Superstition Lakes Condo. It's a great location with many restaurants and shopping close by. This updated unit has a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living room, 3 lovely bedrooms and a double garage. We enjoyed our daily walks around the ponds within the gated property and the fountain view behind the condo.

Newly upgraded

The condo was recently renovated and is fresh, clean and perfectly outfitted for a longer stay. We were visiting for a week, cooked every day, and were conveniently located close to some of the best restaurants in the area.

Amazing Property!

We flew out to have Thanksgiving with our son and this condo couldn't have better fit our needs! It was big enough for us and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our feast! Loved sitting on the balcony every morning and listening to the fountain! The location was also perfect close to so many places. The hosts were very responsive and even let us check in early on the day of arrival since we got in so early. We will definitely be staying here again when we come out!

A Great Condo

This property was immaculate and far exceeded our expectations. The owner anticipated all of our needs and then some. The kitchen was fully equipped down to the smallest gadgets and there was an ample supply of linens, hangers, cleaning and laundry supplies, paper products, etc. Lovely walking paths surround the well-maintained complex. Conveniently located near shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Great property

Very clean condo in a quiet, walkable complex. Well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. Garage parking was great to beat the heat. Balcony was a bonus for AM coffee and evenings listening to the fountain to relax. The only negative would be the steps from the front door to the living area. Not a deal breaker but older family members voiced concerns. Derek was great and quick to respond when we needed to extend our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect in Every Way!

Our group of 3 adults stayed in this property for 4 days. It is incredibly clean and very tastefully decorated. Indeed, it is even better than the pictures show! It was great to have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It had everything we needed for meals, hanging out, and laundry. It was nice to have use of the garage as well. The community had lovely grounds, including a pool and walking paths that we used on several occasions. The property is easy to get to and grocery stores, restaurants, etc are nearby. Plus, the host was an excellent communicator and made the entire process easy. This was a great base for our stay in Mesa. We highly recommend it and will stay here again if we are in the area.
