This very spacious gulf-view condo is located on the 4th floor at Inlet Reef Club on Holiday Isle, Destin, Florida. Inlet Reef is located directly on the gulf with a private deeded beach.
2 Bed/2 Bath (1,362 sq ft.) w/ Ocean Views (sleeps up to 6), Unit #416 has just been totally remodeled!
The master bedroom has a king-side bed that has its own access to the balcony. The master also has a spacious bathroom!
The guest room is furnished with 2 Full sized beds
We have a fully stocked kitchen with under the counter ice maker in case you want to skip the nearby restaurants and stay home.
The Inlet Reef Resort has a large pool, hot/dry sauna, tennis courts, exercise room, shuffle board and is located directly on the beautiful beaches of Destin, Florida.

Family Beach Vacation

We enjoyed our wonderful Destin getaway! It was the best beach we have ever visited. Spent most of our time enjoying the sun and saltwater and the condo added enjoyment to our stay.

Great place

Just steps from the beach, with umbrella and chairs available, all we had to do was pack a cooler and towel for a day at the beach. Condo was well equipped, clean, and comfortable.

All Around Very Nice Condo

The condo was very nice and spacious. It was an easy walk to the private beach. Nice option of covered parking. Nice looking tennis and pickleball courts. Great neighborhood.

Perfect vacation

Never been to Destin in November, this was the best experience we’ve had. Check in process was easy, unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Great job to the owner for making us feel. At home!!! We’ll be back next year!!

Nice Condo

Condo was nice and clean. Everything you would need was provided. Only downside was the fold out couch has a note that says not to use it so we had to adjust our sleeping arrangements but we made it work. The ice machine in the condo( not the one in the fridge) didn’t work which was a bummer. Otherwise, this was a very spacious condo and we enjoyed our time there.

The condo needs a good cleaning!!!!

We take our shoes off at the door in our homes as we did in the rental. The bottom of our feet was black from the condo floor. I hated this filth!! We paid a fee for cleanliness and it definitely was not clean!!!! The ice machine looked like it had never been cleaned as well, it was disgusting looking!! The sliding door in the living room we could not open -- it is in desperate need of repair. The unti definitely is showing its age!! Also, there is a sign in the elevator providing a phone number to have your umbrella and two chairs set up. I called the number and never received a return call!! We go out on the beach and my daughter age 14 goes to an umbrella and chairs and states Mom what about this one. I said that is fine. Not knowing how it worked there!! Issac the umbrella man was very nasty to me and my daughter. He said i don't think so, you have to go through me. I told him we were new there and we didn't know how things work. I told him i called the number as listed in the elevator. He said to me and i quote " I don't know why they give my phone number out because I am not answering my phone" i said how can i get a front row umbrella and he said to me "go buy a condo" i immediately was angered at him and told him he was a little too much for me. He then stated talk to me later then. This was our first day on the beach and at the point i was ready to go home!! I told my 14 year old daughter we paid to be here and i certainly don't appreciate his rudeness!!

Nice place to stay.

My family and I had a great time. The rental was equipped with everything you could need. It was too cold for us to use the pool during our stay, but we did go to the beach so our kids could play on the sand. The beach access was so convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location 4 perfect vacation!!

This is my second year in a row at this condo, it’s the absolute best after staying at other condos in Destin!! Property is great with shuffle board, pool, hot tub and private beach. The condo is clean, has all the items you need for cooking or do laundry. The balcony is a great place to eat dinner and enjoy a cocktail while watching the ocean. I will be back!!!!

Wonderful vacation spot!

This was our first time staying in Destin and it did not disappoint! This condo has everything you could possibly need and is located in a perfect area! We felt extremely safe and secure from the moment we pulled in the gated parking lot. Our only way issue was that the beds in the guest bedroom had been changed from the original listing, however, the property managers were quick to resolve this issue. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation and will definitely consider this property for our future trips!

Filthy

The property itself was really nice. But it was disgustingly dirty. There was a lot of pizza sauce on a comforter and they just turned it over. There were rings in the toilets. There was something sticky on the table. The silverware and dishes had dried food on them. The rug had not been vaccumed. The table outside had coffee and other things on it. The owner was very responsive but they couldn’t do anything. The property manager said I told him I didn’t want them in the unit and that was not true. I had to clean the unit myself. Unless management changes, I would not recommend this place. The unit itself is nice but I couldn’t get past the filth.

Nice Property, Terrible Management

This condo is nice and spacious. The private beach was gorgeous. The balcony was really nice to have as well. HOWEVER, the listing showed two rooms each with a king sized bed, which was important to us as how we were two couples each with a one year old. I checked in on a Sunday night and walked in to find one room with a king and the second with two full beds. I immediately messaged the property management team through the VRBO app. They did not get back to me until Monday afternoon. I had to call the lady who owned the condo who told me she had told them to update the listing since she swapped out the second king for two full beds. She gave me the phone number for the management company. I left a voicemail for them and never even got a call back. Eventually through the VRBO app, they did get in touch with me. First arguing with me that the listing was correct, then back tracking when I told them to double check it because it wasn’t! They did refund me an amount but i had to argue to get a fair sum. Half of our group was inconvenienced because of this discrepancy and they would only agree to refund the amount for ONE night. So while the property was amazing, the management company really made for a stressful first three days of my vacation and for that reason, I would never book a property managed by them. And I urged the property owner to find a different management company because it really was a neat location.

We had a comfortable stay at this property with beautiful views and great beach access. The condo unit could use some upgrading. A couple of maintenance issues such as the bottom of the shower door in the master suite which has a very sharp edge on it that my husband cut his foot on getting into the shower. The hurricane sliding patio doors are very difficult to open. The kitchen was stocked with pots/pans/ dishes but if you are cooking and need tin foil, oil, pepper or anything else then you will need to buy it.

Great place to stay!

No on site person to help with check-in, called number and they are closed on Sunday. On website condo was canary yellow, making us think we were in the wrong one although the color was awesome. Communication with Manager was good once we were there . Overall we would love to come back. now that we know the ropes.
