Cozy clean cottage on a quiet street steps away from the beach. No high rise condos, no blocked skyline. You are a few strides away from an uncrowded beach and beautiful sunsets. We are 4 miles away from upscale shopping and dining at Rosemary Beach, and 6 miles away from Pier Park and all that Panama City has to offer. Perfect for small family, or romantic get-a-way. Queen bed, queen sleeper sofa. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking and I am adding an air fryer for the Spring. Laundry room. 2 SmartTV's, one in the living area with the sofabed and one in the bedroom. High speed internet. Original Keurig coffee maker. Outside shower. 2 beach chairs.
Famed Thomas Donuts and local Carousel grocery/liquor/gifts are 2 miles away. Walmart, Winn-Dixie, Publix grocery stores nearby.
Fun attractions include Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World, Wonder Works, Ripley's, snorkeling, parasailing, go-carts, putt-putt golf and lots more. Two state parks to explore nearby, Camp Helen State Park and St. Andrews State Park.
The Frank Brown Baseball/Softball Complex is 4 miles away. (I have washer and dryer for uniforms.)
For couples wanting quality time together, the fun Florida Fish House is nearby, dining at the Pearl, shop at the Farmers Market weekly at Rosemary Beach (6 miles). Eat at George's restaurant in Alys Beach (next to Rosemary) - so good! Visit the food trucks and shopping at Seaside (18 min away), and finish the day dining at Bud and Alley's then enjoying their rooftop bar. Also near famed RED BAR in Grayton. You will have a blast!
I also have a two bedroom and two bathroom cottage in front of this one. That cottage sleeps six people, and they can be rented together. Just reach out for availability. VRBO #2625011

Wonderful stay

My daughters and I really enjoyed our stay at Nautical and Nice. The house was super clean and the perfect size for the four of us. The short walk to the beach was easy. Lastly, we felt safe while staying here making it perfect for a girls trip!

A Great Stay

This was the perfect spot and house for me and my friends on our vacation. The check-in process was easy, the home was as described, and the house was very clean upon arrival. Also, it’s only a 3 minute walk to the beach. We would love to stay here again.

Charming cottage very close to the beach

We enjoyed our seven day vacation at this cottage. It was very clean, and a perfect size for 2 adults and 2 young kids. Easy, walkable location to the beach, even for kids. Close to excellent seafood dining too. We would stay here again in the future.

Our group rented both houses on the property. We had an amazing time. The houses were clean and well organized. The kitchens were stocked with almost everything we needed. We also loved how close it was to the beach!

This property was fantastic. It had everything we needed to make our stay homey and comfortable! The cottage is about a 3 minute walk to the beach and within 20 minutes (due to traffic😮‍💨) of restaurants and activities. Definitely plan to come back ☺️

Perfectly beautiful and relaxing

From the pictures I knew it would be nice, but was pleasantly surprised that it was even better than the pictures. Decor is spot on and everything felt new and extremely clean. It was just perfect for the two of us. We had everything we needed (well equipped) and very comfortable. A short walk to the beach where we enjoyed the white sand and beautiful sunsets. Great place to stay and planning on returning in the future!!!

Accomplished what we neeeed

This was a sweet stay. However I wouldn’t rate it a 5 simply because, 1. No coffee, no shampoo conditioner body wash, or detergent for the washer. (Most rentals I’ve stayed in have these things) 2. Lack of natural light. (The pictures are deceiving in that regard) 3. Some of the neighbors were slightly sketchy Those are very picky things! Overall the stay was such a gift and it fulfilled what we needed and Robbie was great to communicate with!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We are 4 miles from Rosemary Beach and the Seacrest area, and all that those have to offer. We are 6 miles from Pier Park and all that Panama City has to offer. There are no high-rise condos near us, and our beaches are less crowded than those! One street up from the beach, we are a two minute walk to the beach. You see ocean water when you get close to my house. Everything in this cottage is new and remodeled. Beach access 84.
