This Property is a Duplex. The East side features 2 King Bedrooms with Bunks and 1 Full Bath. Each side is a completely Separate and Private Living Space like an apartment, but this cottage is built out of solid concrete... It's Quiet : ) . Outside, next to your front door, there's a hot/cold shower. The rear porch, patio and grill area, and laundry are shared spaces. If you need a smaller space, we have the West side also available which offer 1 King Bedroom + Bunk Area. You can also rent the entire property and the security door between the 2 sides will be opened for your family to enjoy the entire house.
