Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

We enjoyed everything about our room the views and the pool . The beds were very comfortable. In the shower the drain was slow I had water past my ankles while showering but no other issues .

Perfect Girls Trip Getaway

Everything was ideal with the condo starting with the first floor walk-out, amazing view of beach and ocean plus the spaciousness, nice furnishings and finishes! It was just as pictured and such a fun place to stay--will definitely rent this unit again if it's available!

The property locations is ideal. Loved our stay

while I left a good review, I have address something that has to do with the management company. I’m so sick of getting spam emails. The property is managed by RealJoy and they continue to send me emails a few times a week trying to sell me property etc long after my stay has ended. I’m in shock that VRBO would even allow this. If you’re the property owner and reading this please reach out to them and ask them not to do this. They should be working for their client not abusing the system by spamming people that stay there.

Photos are not accurate! Washer was broken and patio was filthy.

The photos in the listing are not accurate at all. There are no curtains; instead there are cumbersome shades. There are no hedges outside of the patio; instead everything is open and people on the patio can see directly into your unit. The dining room and bedroom furniture is different as well (this wasn't that big of a deal). The biggest problem with the unit is that the washer machine does not work. We contacted the property manager via text as our check-in information instructed us to do. We received a text back that said they would get in touch with maintenance and get back to us. I received no response, so followed up and was told that they were going to seek approval from the owner for a new washer machine. I asked why it couldn't be repaired, but never received a definitive answer. And the washer was never replaced or repaired. In addition to the patio not having the hedges, it was also filthy. There was a random shoe and old chlorine buckets on our patio. I don't know if they blew over in a strong wind, but it is clear that the patio is not swept or cleared between rentals. When we checked out, we asked for a partial refund due to the washer machine not working. I have not received a response, although the realty company has spammed me about buying a condo through them. I have screenshots of the text conversations.

Please accept our apology for any discomfort or frustration that you experienced and for the miscommunication related to the washer. Photos shown online are true to the best of our knowledge. Yes, we were made aware of the washing machine not functioning properly on the 30th. The property manager was being sent to assist with this issue. The owner will be getting a new washer/dryer combo. We would have been more than happy to send someone to come reclean the patio had we been made aware during your stay. We hope that you did enjoy the layout of this unit. Unfortunately we are unable to find any notes pertaining to a refund for the washer. We will forward your message to property managers so that we may try to resolve this issue. Was Not Disappointed

Not the first time I have rented a condo through Real Joy but by far the best condo I've ever booked. The first floor is very accommodating. Only sharing front porch space with condo on the left & they had 2 small dogs we didn't mind. The condo was decorated with much more thought than others I've seen. It actually looked like someone's home! Felt safe with a Ring doorbell & a keypad. The property wasn't gated but one night my husband forgot to roll his window up in his truck & everything was right where he left it. Kids enjoyed the pool, kid pool, and hot tub and the beach was steps away with a foot wash & shower to rinse off afterward. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I went to check out the property before we go again with family.

The patio needs more furniture. The bathroom rugs need replacing. Other than that we were very pleased and will most definitely rent again and recommend it to our friends.
