Nice place but there were issues
Overall the place was very nice. Loved the balcony and the view. However:
1. Both showers leaked. Everytime we showered there would be a puddle outside the doors. Also the water pressure on the shower was very subpar.
2. The drapes did fully cover the sliding glass door to the balcony. Seemed there was a middle drape missing.
3. The only cable box that worked was the one in the master bedroom. We called Casiola to try and get this fixed upon our arrival. We were told that a service order would be put in. I asked when we could expect someone to show up (I even asked: tomorrow? 2 days? next week?). They couldn't tell us.
2 days later, without any prior notice, a knock on the door came at 6:15 pm as my wife and I were "enjoying some alone time". Before I could even get dressed, someone from Casiola decided to just unlock and walk in. We were quite shocked and angered that without notice and without respecting our privacy someone would just walk in our place like that. I obviously in unfiltered terms asked to person from Casiola to exit our place. We called Casiola to lodge our dismay. They apologized and said someone could return the next day and that they would notify us before the arrival. No one ever called us again or showed up. At this point we just gave up on the TV's and quite frankly on Casiola.
