The Flippin' Good Condo on 30A is completely renovated with all new furnishings.

GOLF CARTS: 6-seater golf cart is included with the condo. 30A is dotted with charming, small beach towns like Seaside, Rosemary Beach, and Grayton Beach, which are designed with narrow streets and limited parking. Golf carts fit easily into tight spots and are easier to maneuver than cars. The laid-back, vacation-oriented vibe of 30A lends itself to cruising around in an open-air golf cart. It's a fun, social way to get around, whether you're heading to the beach, a farmer’s market, or dinner.

BEACH: ONLY a 5 minute walk and you'll be on the white sand beaches of the gulf coast. All of the beach essentials are included in your rental including beach chairs, boogie boards, wagon, coolers and 4 beach towels. The beach items are located in a locked storage closet just to the right of the front door to the unit.

ENTERTAINMENT: 4 bikes included in rental. This condo is situated perfectly in the middle of 30A, only 1.5 miles to the famous beachside town of Seaside.

LIVING ROOM: The living room includes a sofa with a chase lounge, pull-out full size bed and leather recliner. Also included is a 65in Roku TV.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the cooking essentials you will need. You'll also find a Keurig and pot coffee maker as well as pods, ground coffee, filters and sweetener. You'll find stainless appliances including a induction cooktop oven.

MASTER BEDROOM/BATHROOM: The master bedroom includes a king size bed, plenty of storage for your items and a 55in Roku TV. In the bathroom you'll find a large closet, a double sink vanity, a stand up shower and a bathtub. Also included are starter bathroom essentials.

GUEST BEDROOM: The guest bedroom includes a queen size bed, plenty of storage, a large closet and a 50in Roku TV. This bedroom is across the hall from the guest bathroom.

BUNK ROOM: The bunks include a twin over full size bunk bed. You'll also find board games, cards, puzzles and books for the kids as well as a 42in Roku TV.

GUEST BATHROOM: The guest bathroom found in the hallway includes stand up shower/tub combo and starter bathroom essentials.

Best host ever, very accommodating and super friendly! This beach house was spotless, spacious, and super cute. Location is great. It is basically right down the street from public beach access, shopping, and food, etc. We had the best time here and felt very welcomed. Will definitely stay here again if in the area!!

We had a wonderful stay! The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, which made everything so easy. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our visit, promptly answering any questions we had. The condo itself was beautiful—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished. This was a girls trip and there were 5 of us. Beds were very comfortable. The stay was wonderful and the host was very responsive to us. We loved staying here. Short walk to the beach. We always had a place to park. Place feels very secure. The rooms are all very comfortable and very nice kitchen and appliances. The check in process was great and the host was always quick to respond. I highly recommend this place for a family stay. We also loved having access to storage that had extras and a beach wagon that made things easy. Would definitely stay here again. Place is very clean and maintained.

This condo was beautifully designed, had plenty of space and was very clean. Great location near 30A and a short walk to the beach, restaurants & shops. The host was great in replying to me in a timely manner. Highly recommended!

We chose this area of 30A as it's in the center of it all. A short bike or golf cart ride and you can enjoy ALL that the area has to offer. We enjoy the small communities, adorable shops/restaurants and activities that 30A has to offer.

This property is located in a quiet area and on the top floor of the building. That allows for you to relax in the condo with your family for a quiet vacation. With a pool, large parking lot, golf cart charging stations and completely NEW furnishings, it's the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway.
