Le PRIVATE PARADISE chalet est l'endroit idéal pour une escapade en Floride détente. La maison dispose de 3 chambres avec lits doubles, de la télévision dans le maßtre, grand salon avec une grande télévision à écran LCD et Blueray
Lecteur DVD, une station d'accueil pour I Phone, Internet et bien sûr sans fil dans toute la région. Une cuisine entiÚrement équipée, avec tous les équipements et les ustensiles nécessaires pour un maximum de 6 personnes.
La piscine dispose d'une grande terrasse couverte avec table Ă  manger, des chaises longues et un barbecue Weber Ă  gaz grill oĂč vous pourrez prĂ©parer des steaks juteux eux-mĂȘmes. La piscine est chauffĂ©e Ă©lectriquement en hiver et dispose d'un jacuzzi intĂ©grĂ©.
De la piscine, vous avez une vue magnifique sur le lac avec rĂ©serve naturelle, oĂč vous pouvez regarder les oiseaux innombrables.

The property was a great place to spend a month in the warm sunshine and leave the snow and cold of the north! Plenty of room for my wife and I plus we enjoyed a few guests throughout our stay. The lanai was the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. Karl could not have been any more responsive to a few minor issues and got them resolved instantly. Great host!

The property is beautiful, has everything you would want or need in your own home. The location is close to great restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. The manager is very helpful and friendly. Having a private pool is an added plus.

Beautiful spacious house, excellent screened in lanai and electric heated pool. Close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Small pond and palm trees made a lovely view outside. Perfect stay for our family, we will definitely stay here again!

Winter Getaway

The property was clean and the photos were accurate. Nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Just a short drive to Ft. Myers beach. The owners were friendly and responsive if needed. We would definitely stay there again.

Relaxing Holiday

We spent Thanksgiving at this property. It was very well maintained and comfortable. It is close to the beach, shopping, and within minutes of downtown so if these are your interests the location is perfect.

Highly recommend

Fantastic house in a great location. No issues at all, easy check in and good communication from the owner. The house was very clean and very well equipped. The pool was lovely and warm and lots of sunshine on the deck. It was in a lovely quiet area not far from lots of restaurants. I wouldn't hesitate in staying here again if we are ever back in Fort Myers.

Florida Fun

The house was very comfortable with a short distance to shopping and sightseeing. Hanging out by the pool was very relaxing! The pond brought many visitors for us to watch, including bald eagles, pileated woodpecker, numerous other tropical birds, even a small alligator. A nice quiet neighborhood made for a relaxing vacation.

A little oasis

What a beautiful private property in a very convenient location to Sanibel and Ft Myers Beach. Lovely setting. We enjoyed the pool and wildlife in and around the pond. The house has everything you need and more! We hope to be back soon.

1. If you want a property owner that constantly checking up on you because he lives 2 houses away, then this is the place for you.2. If you want a property owner that threatens to turn off the heater on the hot tub and pool is you turn up the temperature to a usable level, then this is the place for you. 3. If you want a property owner that scopes out your wife as she is sunbathing, then this is the place for you.4. If you want a property owner that tells you to leave the thermostat in the house at 70 and then yells at your for turning it down to 68 (In Florida weather remind you), then this is the place for you.5. If you want a property owner that tells you that he did not advertise a hot tub (although there are 4 pictures of the hot tub on the site), then this is the place for you.6. If you want a property owner that brags that he has 24 Ferraris in Germany, then goes off the deep end when you turn up the pool heater 4 degrees more, then this is the place for you.7.If you want a property owner that tells you that "You people from the North do not know when to get out of the sun...", then this is the place for you.8. If you want a property owner that stares at you from across the street while sitting in his patio area waiting for you to check out for 45 minutes, then this is the place for you.9. Creepy Karl needs to get a life. He had false advertising on the property and was harassing us the entire stay....all for the low, low price of 3000.

Great home!

Beautiful home with everything you need. They have truly put thought into making sure they have everything you could possibly use. Everything from beach chairs to a shop vac for all the sand in your car. Would definitely stay again.

Fabulous stay in Fort Myers

We had a awesome week in Fort Myers, the location was perfect. Karl and Jocelyn we wonderful. The property is lovely. There were plenty of amenities, making the house feel very cozy and welcoming. We would have loved the spa hot tub to be hot or even warm. Our time there was outstanding and we recommend it as a beautiful home to vacation at.

Great clean vacation home

Our family enjoy our relaxing vacation mostly spending time around the pool. Kids enjoyed having the alligator to watch in the near by pond. Kids felt safe of course being in the enclosed fence but still very close to alligator watching. Home was very clean and had all the appliances and extra bedding and towels which was very helpful with 4 kids. 😁 I would recommend this home to anyone!

This is a nice getaway property. It’s so comfortable and family friendly.

I checked in on the 4th of July so the host was unable to check us in, which was perfect for my family because we don’t really like meeting the host unless it’s necessary. The house was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed for our week long stay! We were out a vacationing for most of the week so we didn’t spend a lot of time on the property. The house was clean and we had plenty of towels for after swimming and showering. The pool was perfect! The lot was well cut and the trees were very healthy and pleasant to look at. Jocelyn the host did pop up on day two to meet us and give us some pointers about the house. She was very nice and easy to communicate with. Our family enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to anyone visiting the Fort Myers area. It was 8 minutes from the Fort Myers beach and Karl and Jocelyn had everything needed to enjoy a week on the beach.

Not what we had hoped

We rented this home because of location and the pool and spa. The owners live across the street and were there at check in. They informed us that the spa would not be heated separately from the pool so it never was hot enough to use. Disappointed as this is what we like to do in the evenings. Also the tv was antenna only and had no sport channels or news again disappointed 😞. We were also told in the instructions not to turn the air conditioning lower than 78. It was 87 the whole stay so it was warm in the house. The hot tub should not be advertised if they won't let you heat it to at least 98 degrees.

Peace and quiet, Paradise & Location

Awesome!! This was our first time in Fort Myers, FL. So my wife and I had no Ideas what to do, where to go, what to see Etc. The owner of the property is very knowledgeable & accessible, for any questions or needs. The property is very nicely located for whatever you would like to do. Relatively close to the airport within a couple of miles from several nice beaches, very close to shopping, groceries, eating out Etc. Karl, is a great handyman as well. I had a mechanical issue on my trailer that I was towing and Karl walked me to the finish line and resolved my issue. Great Place, Great location for year around visiting of Fort Myers, Great property owners. The swimming pool area has some very unique amenities, Gas Grill, swimming toy storage area with plenty of floaties & toys for adults and children, the bathroom and changing area rocks. No tracking through the house for going bathroom breaks, great for adults and children. The Kitchen, bedrooms, walk in closet, bathrooms, washer & dryer area, 2- Livingroom areas, books, games Etc Etc. had everything you needed for a hassle free vacation. We had an all-around Great place to stay and a Great vacation. Thank you Karl, you’re the Best, we will definitely be back to stay longer. Karen and Rod.

Kleines Paradies, Ideal fĂŒr Familien

Wir waren bereits zum 2. Mal im Haus von Karl und Jocelyn und haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt. Nach 2 Wochen Rundreise durch Florida war das Haus wie eine Oase. Absolut toll und hochwertig ausgestattet, große KĂŒche, Waschraum, große Garage, 3 große Schlafzimmer, 2 BĂ€der und ein riesiges Wohn-/Familienzimmer. Jeden Morgen ging es in den Pool, unabhĂ€ngig vom Wetter, da dieser angenehm beheizt ist (rund 19 Grad Celcius). Aus mehreren RĂ€umen kommt man direkt zum ĂŒberdachten Pool mit KĂ€fig (Schutz vor allem, was draussen lebt). Vom Pool sowie den entsprechenden RĂ€umen aus direkter Blick auf 2 kleine Seen. Sehr idyllisch und super entspannt. Die Lage ist ideal in einer Straße mit wenigen freistehenden HĂ€usern und sehr guter Nachbarschaft, superzentral. Obwohl unsere Anreise erst spĂ€t am Abend erfolgte, war der Check-In sehr entspannt. Karl bereitete bereits alles vor, sodass wir nur noch „Nach Hause Kommen“ mussten. Auch fĂŒr Strandbesuche ist alles an Ausstattung bereits im Haus vorhanden, sodass man sich als Urlauber nichts kaufen muss. Viele StrandtĂŒcher, Liegen, Sonnenschirme, Spielzeug fĂŒr die Kinder fĂŒr den Strand, etc. etc.. Es ist einfach an alles gedacht. Nach Hurrikan Ian wurde das Haus frisch renoviert, mit hochwertigen Möbeln ausgestattet und man verbringt einfach gerne Zeit hier. FĂŒr uns war es eine wunderschöne Weihnachtszeit inkl. Silvester. Vielen Dank an Karl und Jocelyn, wir freuen uns schon auf den nĂ€chsten Besuch bei Euch! Viele GrĂŒĂŸe aus Hamburg! Andreas & Familie
