Comfortable home in the beautiful golf resort of Palm Valley Country Club. The open floor concept is perfect for families, couples, or a group of friends wanting to enjoy a beautiful sunny southern California vacation. There are 3 master bedrooms, a large kitchen with all the essentials, and a cozy patio for BBQ and entertainment. You can enjoy a pool and jacuzzi steps away from the front door, and a view of the 36-hole golf course.

The home is a single-story home with a welcoming living and dining room concept. There are no upstairs or downstairs neighbors, and no stairs to access the home. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and all the bedrooms feel private as they are all on separate ends of the home. The master bedroom faces the golf course and has a sliding glass door that leads you out to the backyard with a stunning view. There is a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom attached. There is a bathtub and a shower, dual vanity sinks, and a vanity station. The second bedroom is close to the front door of the home and has a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom attached. There is a bathtub and a shower, a sink, and a vanity station. The third bedroom is close to the front door and just across the hall from the second bedroom and has a queen-size bed and a shared jack-n-jill bathroom attached. There is a standing shower, sink, and a first aid kit, and miscellaneous supplies available in the armoire if needed. This bathroom can be accessed from the hallway with other guests.
The newly updated kitchen looks out at the dining room and the view of the beautiful golf course. The living room has an open floor plan where you can enjoy the comfy couches and watch a movie on the 62-inch television. There is a Bose soundbar below the television where you can hook up your smart device to it and enjoy some music, just be mindful of the noise and of the neighbors whenever playing music. Music is not allowed to be played outdoors at any time as hefty fines can be assessed. The bookshelf has books for you to enjoy. The dining room table can seat 4 guests comfortably, and there is a small private dining table in the kitchen area as well. There is a bar in the living room that faces the backyard
There is a gas BBQ near the entrance of the home in a private courtyard as well as outdoor seating. There is a sliding glass door from the living room as well as the master bedroom that leads you to the backyard that faces the golf course. There are 2 outdoor lounge chairs as well as a table with 2 chairs for you to be able to enjoy the view.
There is a nearby pool and spa thatâs within walking distance from the front door. The complex has other pools in it as well that can be accessed. There are a few pool areas that require a key for entry.
The home temperature is controlled by a Nest that only the owner can access. Please message the host if you need the temperature changed for any reason.
Guests will have the home to themselves. There is a shared pool and spa within walking distance to the home and the community also has other shared pools and spas to enjoy. The home faces the golf course which is a members only course that you can enjoy if you are a member of the Palm Valley Country Club. The other amenities available to members are tennis, the gym, and Pickleball.
Please note the potential to hear traffic noise as the home has the convenience of being close to the 10 freeway, but some traffic noise can be heard throughout the day.

There are absolutely no exceptions to the above policies as they are city or HOA ordinances that we must follow, otherwise, we risk forfeiture of our short-term-rental license.
Please note that the property has security surveillance outside. If anyone is found in violation of the above, we reserve the right to ask you to leave the property immediately with no refund.
The home is conveniently located off the 10 freeway in the Palm Valley Country Club community. Please note that due to the close proximity to the freeway that the home is subject to freeway noise at times.
Weather conditions can change quickly in the desert. Sand storms are known to occur occasionally and strong winds are not uncommon. However, winds are typically not a problem in Palm Valley Country Club. Summers experience extreme heat well over 100 degrees. Please prepare accordingly. The golf course typically closes down for re-seeding anywhere from late September - early November. This schedule varies depending on weather conditions and the timing of the club.

In order to avoid any disruption during your stay, please make sure you follow the guidelines listed here:
*Time of arrival must be before 10 PM. Please send your ETA to your host as soon as possible.
*This home has a STRICT cancelation policy. Please read the cancelation policy in detail to understand the details.
*6 people is the MAXIMUM occupancy allowed. No exceptions.
*Upon arrival, check-in at the gate to receive a pass for each vehicle. Parking is available for 2 in the driveway. Street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. DO NOT park in front of a mailbox otherwise you risk getting your vehicle fined/towed.
*Trash is picked up on Monday morning. The bins are located in the garage. Please remember to take the trash bins out on Sunday AFTER 3 PM and to bring them back into the garage on Monday evening after pickup. Please dispose of the trash before your departure.
*The nearest communal pool and hot tub are located just past the home and are open year-round. Please note the athletic club, tennis courts, two on-site golf courses, and driving range are only accessible to country club members. For a list of local golf courses please click here and then select the "Public" radio button once the link opens: http://www.desertgolflist.com/
*It is important to understand that many of our neighbors strictly abide by the city rules regarding noise and music coming from any vacation rental property. There can be NO MUSIC OR EXCESSIVE NOISE heard from the exterior of the home, regardless of the time of day. If music or excessive noise can be heard from outside the home, vacation renters may incur a fine of up to $1000 or greater, and you will be evicted from the home without a refund. These rules apply to yelling and screaming as well, so please be mindful of outdoor play (including in the shared pools) that might disturb others.
*Keep in mind you are in a residential neighborhood and parking rules apply. Your rental has a city-mandated parking maximum. Please do not exceed the maximum number of vehicles allowed on-site at any time.
*NOTE: Local regulations require that each short-term vacation rental guest be advised of the applicable city ordinances, rules, and regulations regarding their stay. You will be contacted by someone within the first 24 hours of your arrival to sign and acknowledge your agreement to these policies.
*If an alert is received by our roving security company or exterior security camera that any of the above house rules or ordinances are violated, guests may be evicted without refund.
