Water Front Moovalya Keys with 50' private dock and great parking

Perfect set up for river fun. Well furnished house for lots of river fun. Four bedroom two bath house in the Keys, but OUTSIDE the gates, so NO WHITE LINES! Step out the back door and you can bbq, enjoy the patio, play cornhole, enjoy the firepit, or pass on all that and just use your private 50' dock for your boat and swim in the canal. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven and dishwasher. Four beds two baths, not fancy, but clean and functional.

All was good. A few suggestions- The dock needs tie downs, Seems no one in the Keys is managing the weeds in water. A few maid service issues. But all in all it was a good trip. Having the Circle K accross the street came in handy and the parking was great for a Keys house.

AZ River Stay

Amazing property. Perfect location, lots of room for everyone in the home. Very cute and clean! Awesome back patio and dock! Host had amazing communication and was very helpful. Would recommend this property to anyone going to parker and would love to come back and stay again!

Great weekend

There was an issue with the water at this house so owner quickly moved us to a different house a few doors away. Hard to rate this house because we did not end up staying there however the new house was amazing - easy parking, large spacious house with big kitchen/living area and outside patio and dock, comfortable beds. Owner was quick to respond and find a solution to the no water problem - would for sure stay in the second house again!

Birthday get away

6 adults stayed here, 2 living rooms was nice, House was get for Accessing the river, had great a/c, a bit nosey. Had all the amenities you needed, The beds were very comfortable. And centrally located to restaurants & grocery stores.

Guys Parker Trip

This house was the perfect fit for us going to the Parker strip. The house is located in a great location on the strip, close to Parker and to places to eat up river. The house was great for 4 guys, each in our own room. 2 family rooms gave us two options to hang out and watch tv. The back patio is huge to hang out on, and the large dock on the water in the Keyes. Great for swimming in the hot weather. Very clean and well apportioned with necessary supplies like coffee, creamers etc... A Circle K store is located almost right across the street, so if you need something like ice or kitchen item, walk across the street. Overall great experience.

Fortunately right across the street from property. We bought dishsoap, toilet paper. Paper towels, salt, pepper then off to dollar general for the rest

Great Location

Loved being able to dock our boat at the property. It was very convenient having a Circle K within walking distance. Great communication with the owner. Our family had a wonderful time.

Amazing experience

We had an amazing time staying at this property. Steve was very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable and happy the whole time. The house is clean, very nice and has everything you need to make it a perfect experience. Circle k is right across the street which is extremely convent for ice and whatever else you may have forgotten. We look forward to coming back to this property! Thank you Steve for everything!! Had a blast!

Why this property ....... parking, parking, parking without getting harassed by the lady in the golf cart giving tickets because you are 1/16" of an inch over the line. If you've stayed in the Keys before, you know what I am talking about!
