2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 car garage, indoor fireplace, modern kitchen, office place in every space of the house. It's just perfect.

Comfortable patio with a barbecue place and furniture to enjoy outside.

King size bed in one bedroom and the other bedroom has queen size bedroom.

We provide a crib, car seat, and high chair, so bring your kid.

Great location, close to the strip as well as other activities. Communication was excellent! House was just as described. Very clean and had all the amenities that one could need and more. Highly recommend!

The home was extremely clean and comfortable. Host was very receptive and offered to work with us if we needed a late check-out but we didn't need extra time. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was supplied with everything you would need to cook a meal. Location was not too far from the strip or the airport. I would definitely stay there again if we go to Vegas! Thank you!

Vegas home

The house was a wonderful home away from home. The easy access to major roads and attractions helped us navigate through the city. Having a base close to our family allowed us more time to visit and explore the surrounding areas. We enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay again.

Perfect Choice for Families or a Couple

This is a very clean and well kept property. Its a perfect location for visiting Vegas. The host was very helpful and responsive. Definitely consider this house if you have a family as it has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Would recommend!

Vegas Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house, and would definitely stay here again when we visit family in the area. It was very neat and clean when we arrived, the host was quick to respond to any question we had. Check-in was easy with a code, and we had access to the garage to park our car. Appliances were all modern and new, and the bathrooms were very nice. Overall a great stay!

Great listing and accommodation

I had a very positive experience. Luz was very prompt, receptive and courteous to our inquiries. The location is close proximity to the Las Vegas Strip, with the property providing nice amenities, and convenient location for shopping and restaurants. Would definitely consider this location for future stays.

Clean and owner responsive.

Perfect spot to enjoy the strip from afar and visit other attractions in the area. Many restaurants and places to shop within minutes. Accommodations were clean and amenities were well stocked. Owner was very responsive to any questions. It was nice having the garage for parking.

Great Vegas Stay

First of all, Luz is an amazing host. Incredibly fast and responsive (within minutes) of any question or need that came up. The house is setup as a rental, which is fantastic! All the little touches (work desks, soaps, place settings, coffee, stocked kitchen, first aid kit, etc..) are so nice to find when you need it. You can smell the cleanliness as soon as you walk in and everything is in good condition. Beds and pillows are comfortable (hotel style). All of our group had a great stay here.

Overall stay was very good. Good location for us as we were golfing at courses in the Summerlin area. Neighborhood was quiet although we did not spend a lot of time outside the house. Host was very responsive before and after the stay, we did not require anything while we were there.My only two comments are I wished it had a regular coffee maker, I'm not a huge fan of Kurig. And there is only one toilet in the unit. While the MBR has a Master bathroom, there is no toilet. I am not sure that was indicated in the description so if it was, I certainly missed it!
