Very comfortable, clean and convenient. Close enough to slip in and out of downtown Las Vegas without the house of staying there. Plenty of restaurants another stores nearby. The owner responded immediately both times I called her with questions and was most helpful.

Great property for your family!

We were in town for spring break with our family of 4. Sara’s place is amazing. Huge updated kitchen that is well stocked.

We stayed here as it was perfectly located. It was close to the courses we were playing this week. It was perfectly located to many courses and had a ton of great restaurants near so you don’t have to go downtown if you don’t want.

I would give this property a 10!!! All the rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable. Beds were all comfortable, plenty of extra blankets and towels. The VRBO was so perfect in every way that we never even had to once contact the host in our 7 day stay! The host is very generous in supplying you with more than enough detergents, paper goods etc. We prepare all of our meals at the house. The kitchen had fantastic sharp knives, plenty of cooking/dishware. There is an air fryer that we used for every meal that is amazing! We had so much fun preparing delicious meals with the air fryer! And it was great as it did not heat up the kitchen like an oven would and so much more environmentally friendly using less energy!! There is a lemon tree in the yard that host let us pick lemons! Plenty of parking for cars, including able to put one car in garage! The construction of the entire house is top quality with ceramic floors/bathrooms, soundproofing was great- if you closed your bedroom door you did not hear sounds coming from rest of house or from plumbing etc. If you have little ones, the host has thoughtfully supplied everything you could need - including a full size baby crib. Games/books, sunscreen batteries and miscellaneous items you could possible need were generously available! The house is in a safe quiet location near plenty of groceries/shopping, etc. We were there hiking for a week. Great central location to drive to Red Rock Canyon, valley of fire state park, Hoover dam.

Nice stay in a good neighborhood

1. Check-in - smooth process with no issues, good communication with manager2. House condition - house was in decent condition, but it could use a decent deep cleaning. Dusty air vents and dirty carpets.3. Kitchen - amenities said Air Fryer, which did not exist. There were small ants all over the kitchen counter at various points in the day.4. Neighborhood - safe and quiet, very nice large park/soccer fields within walking distance.

Thank you for staying with us. We have an exterminator that comes monthly twice. I’m sorry that you had ants in the kitchen. We have given that information to our exterminator and will be sure that it is taken care of. The return air vent has been cleaned, the filter pulls dust and dirt out of the air as it is intended to do, the vent is cleaned and filters changed monthly. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. We have strict rules about shoes in the house where there is carpet we expect people not to wear shoes unfortunately, some people still do we have the carpets cleaned periodically and have scheduled that. Thank you for letting us know. We were happy that we were 8 out of 10. Reviewed by your group and if you come back, I’m confident that we’ll get a 10 out of 10 next time.!!

Family Trip

Weekend trip to see family in Summerlin and two Vegas Golden Knights games at T-mobile Arena. Location was in perfect proximity to everything we needed. Check-in was simple and communication with host was great. House was exactly as described, newly remodeled and updated. Residence was extremely clean and very user/occupier friendly. Couldn't ask for more. Home is located typical middle-class working neighborhood. We went for walks through residential neighborhood and nearby sports complex, feeling very comfortable and safe. Will definitely stay here again if we make a return trip.

Comfortable stay

House was ready for us before check in time which was greatly appreciated since we were travelling with a toddler. House was clean and tidy. Our only slight complaint would be the cleanliness of the carpet (it looks like it could use a steam cleaning) If you are looking to stay off of the strip I would recommend this property. Nice and close to restaurants and grocery stores as well as shopping.

Thank you for staying with us! There is a sign that says no shoes on carpet. Not everyone respects this and the light color does show when people roll luggage over it, thus may be why hotels choose brown carpet, it is probably much more soiled but not visible. We have scheduled cleaning of carpet every 3 months and March it is scheduled.

Old Girls Reunion

A group of mature gals that went to school together in Michigan met here. The place was great. It had everything we needed and was in a perfect location. There was 8 of us and we had enough room and towels and hot water. The kitchen was great and well equipped as we cooked all meals. The owner Sara was a single and responded promptly. This place is highly recommended.

Very nice!

There were 7 of us college roommates (early 70’s) & there was plenty of room/beds/baths to nicely accommodate all of us. We used Uber or Lyft to Fremont Street, the Strip & other locations which was very easy & convenient. The house is as described & in the pictures, the kitchen well stocked. There were a few suggestions (more towel hooks/racks in bathrooms & lights in 2nd & 3rd bedrooms) I made to owner who appreciated & will attend to. Very nice place to stay!

Best place we've stayed in Las Vegas!

We loved our 1-week stay here! They accommodated an early check-in, which was much appreciated after a long day of traveling. Access to the home was easy. It smelled clean and fresh when we entered, and not like strong cleaners, which was a plus. The house was very clean, as were all of the appliances and furnishings. The beds were comfy, the rooms were spacious, and we could easily get the temperature in the home exactly as we wanted. Plenty of hot water and access to the washer and dryer were a huge bonus! The home's location was perfect for us, since we also like to hike at Red Rock Canyon (less than 20 min away) and only 20 min to the strip. We walked across the street almost every day to the soccer park with a 2.44-mile track, playground, and exercise section. We felt safe in the neighborhood and park. Everyone we passed on the trail was so friendly. Communication with the host, Sara, was fast and easy through the VRBO app. This is our third year coming to Vegas, and this was the best place we've stayed at!

best memories made!!!

my husband and i were playing in a volleyball tournament with our young adult daughters and their friends (all ages 20-25). the 8 of us loved staying at sara's place - it was beautiful and comfortable! everyone had their own bed and there was so much space to hang out. the kitchen had everything needed to make a delicious meal -which the 6 "kiddos" did for us on saturday night! we found a nice folding table and folding chairs in the garage for puzzle and games. the kitchen was filled with much joy and laughter through the weekend! there's nothing like walking into a nice, cool, air conditioned house when it's 104 outside! it was the nicest place we've ever stayed in. so happy to have found sara's place right off the freeway and quick drive to where the tournament was! thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a great time with family here. Host was easy to chat with and check in was very easy. Upstairs is very creaky but house was nice and plenty of room for us with babies crawling around.
