The location was great! 5 minutes from Crystal Bridges Museum and the center of town by car. We loved the backyard ! Lots of different areas to enjoy.

Great location, can ride bikes into town and ALL the trails

Friend and I stayed all week, rode bikes everyday and were able to access downtown easily. Restaurants and grocery store very close and didn’t need to drive around much.Great big back yard, comfortable beds, had everything we needed.

We had an absolute blast in Bentonville, all thanks to the KOM House! The location couldn’t have been more perfect — we were able to bike straight from the house to town and hit the trails with ease. The bike wash station out front was a huge bonus and kept our bikes trail-ready the entire trip. Can’t recommend this place enough for a bike-friendly stay in Bentonville!

This is now our go to VRBO in Bentonville. Just up the hill from Coler and a couple blocks from downtown.

Perfect mountain biking house

Very nice house, very close to everything without being too close to downtown traffic. Great fenced in yard for dogs. Would love to rent this house again!

Wonderful stay in Bentonville!

The KOM house was the perfect place for our spring break trip to Bentonville. Everything was spotless upon our arrival. The house contains more thoughtful extras than I can mention, but suffice to say these hosts thought of everything. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

Great stay

My wife and I, along with her parents, had a very nice stay. Great location being able to bike to Coler and Slaughter Pen, great backyard for the dogs and relaxing. Amount of space was just right for 4 people and a couple dogs. Jessica was very responsive and kind. The house was incredibly clean. We had two very minor inconveniences with our stay that didn't affect our trip much but I reserve 5-star ratings for truly perfect stays. Bottom line, we would be happy to stay here again.

Great getaway!

The KOM house was a great place to stay for our last minute and short trip to Bentonville! The house had everything we needed for us and our two dogs. The fenced in yard was perfect and the location was a quick drive to anywhere we wanted to go! Thanks!

Perfect getaway

Perfect visit to Bentonville, AR. Host was gracious and available for all our needs. Home was clean and fully stocked with all we needed for an MTB vacation...with plenty of room to store our bikes and relax in the hottub after a long day on the trails. Perfectly located within short distance to Coler and downtown Bentonville and the myriad of trails along the Greenway and Slaughter Pen.

I LOVE this place!!

You won’t go wrong staying here especially if you have pets or bikes or just want a great place to stay in Bentonville! We loved it! The beds are sooooo comfy, lots of extra touches! Just don’t stay when we want to come back! Loved it!!!

Proof before and after

First night we had to wash all bed linens including the sofa couch. Human hair found in all sleeping places. Headboards had hair and dirt buildup which was visible while removing linens.

Had everything we needed!

Jessica was very friendly and the house had everything we needed. Neighborhood a little sketchy. Beds were comfy and everything was very clean. Place smelled a bit like dogs but understandable since pets are allowed.

NWA Getaway

Quick 3 day roadtrip. Owner was very accommodating to our last last minute booking. We loved the location. Clean house with everything we needed. Keurig, bike rack, bike wash and repair kit were great additions. Backyard has a nice chillax ambiance complete with hot tub, fire pit with seating and lights. Would definitely recommend and will consider another stay next time we are in the area.
