Host was very accomodating and communication was easy and informative. This beachfront condo was perfect for us and other owners, guests, and staff were pleasant to encounter every time. Snuck away for one more visit to Siesta Key before winter. Everything was as pictured. Love the condo, beautiful beach and all the conveniences of being in the middle of it all. Easy access to fishing, groceries, restaurants, shopping, theatre...it's all close by. Pool is also nice and warm to take a dip in.

Great two weeks at Crystal Sands

Property was beautiful. Our unit was in like new condition and perfect for us. The beach and pool access was fast and easy. Perfect location on the Key and easy to drive off for shopping or dining. Overall a great vacation experience.

The hosts were welcoming and very responsive.Best thing about this condo is location. building is less than 50 steps from the beach and about 1/3 north of southern end of Siesta beach. condo has beautiful gulf view and lovely large screened porch. unit is spacious with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, large living room and good kitchen with updated appliances and well stocked with tableware and utensils. master bath is large and updated.furnishings all in very good condition. beds were comfortable. only issue was with hot water, which persisted for several days despite multiple efforts by the owners to repari. finally resulted in them replacing the hot water heater. the building is also well maintained. property is gated and seems to be secure.

We absolutely loved the property. The condo was clean, modern, and had everything we needed. The location was prime! Communication with the owner was outstanding- check in and check out was easy. Highly recommend this property! Thank you for a great vacation for our family of 4.

John and Jodi are excellent hosts. Communication are swift and accommodating. Convenient location with plenty of options for whatever you may need. Bedrooms are large and photos of the decor are accurate. Highly recommend!

Winter getaway

First time to Siesta Key! This condo was right on the beach with beautiful lanai and view of the gulf. Well appointed, comfortable beds and furniture. Easy walking distance to restaurants. Island also has great transportation services via trolley to get to the village area where there are many more restaurants and shops. We will be back and will rent this condo again.

Great Ocean Front Condo

Condo was very spacious and comfortable. Large balcony with great views of ocean. Bed were comfortable. Leather recliner couches were appreciated as well. Beach is literally steps from condo -- so very easy to go back and forth to unit. Sand is impeccable -- white -- and doest get scorching hot like the atlantic side. Would definitely return. Thanks

Crystal Dunes Stay

The property at Crystal Dunes was on the 5th floor. The condo was beautiful, well decorated, comfortable, very clean and large. The outside patio was the width of the unit and a great view of the gulf and beach. The owner was easy to contact for questions! We could walk to nearby restaurants and shops. Took the trolly (stop nearby) down to the village. Just an awesome experience! Thank you John and Jodi!

Great for family vacay

This condo at Crystal Sands was a great place for our family of 5. Lovely updated kitchen, comfy beds, plenty of bathroom and beach towels. Washer and dryer included in unit came in handy. Overall we were pleased and enjoyed our stay. We did see some tiny crawling bugs in master bathroom/bedroom and kitchen. We chalked it up to being in SW Florida. Also there was a slight smell in the master bedroom but I couldn’t quite put my finger on it. Despite these slight issues, we’d stay in this unit again— and hope to!!!

Good stay on the beach

New remodel, very clean on my stay. Well furnished, very comfortable. High rise building on beach. Need key fobs to access beach and pool. Lovely view of sand, ocean, and beach walkers from the lanai and master bedroom window. Responsive local owner. I was there in January; fair amount of construction repairs going on. Not sure if this may be true for other buildings too as this is the low season. Beach is clean; building provides lounges. Water pretty safe - no drop offs, stays shallow a long way out. If coming back to Siesta Key - I would stay here again. If coming to the area, suggest you buy great guacamole at the farmers markets, visit the The Ringling complex, the flamingoes at the Jungle, manatees at Mote Marine Lab, restaurants at Armand's Circle, and food shop at Detweiler's. A car would be useful, and you get covered outside parking w good sized spots w this condo.

Wonderful!

I ended up in Siesta Key when my original reservation in Manasota Key was cancelled by the owner 24 hours before I was due to check-in. John & Jodi were very accommodating, giving me all the info I needed to make my arrival at their condo in Siesta Key go smoothly. They made a very stressful situation much better! Their condo is clean and beautiful, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It is in a great location on beautiful Crescent Beach, and is an easy drive to many restaurants, attractions and sights. I had a great stay, and would highly recommend it!

The condo was absolutely perfect.

The owners were extremely helpful. The lanai was so peaceful for people watching while eating breakfast. The condo was clean and spacious, it would accommodate a family of six comfortably. I would surely rent this place again. Also, the property is directly on the beach and beautiful. The other renter/owners were all friendly.
