"Casa Azul Villa" - Beautiful Spacious Home with Private Pool, Dock, kayaks

Large open living area, kitchen, and dining. Sail out for the best fishing in the world. Marathon is known for its beaches and barrier reef, loggerhead turtles' nests with a sandy shoreline, and mangrove creek. We offer paddle boards and kayaks.

We DO NOT offer a hot tub, the circle is a sitting area in the pool.

There are exterior cameras directed toward the dock. They only record dock and water activity and are located on the back wall by the pool.

Please do not turn off or tamper with the cameras. They are installed for safety and liability purposes. A $1,500 fee will be charged for each camera if they are disconnected or tampered with

Kindly, book your pets at the time of the reservation, unapproved pets will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Please note: In the winter you may see seaweed, there is very little we can do about it due to environmental regulations.

Please keep in mind the following fees and let us know if you bring any of these...
Boats: $350 fee per boat to stay at our private dock
Pets: $350 per pet (for the whole stay)

Note: you may experience floating seaweed, they are typically seasonal, washing ashore in coastal areas of the Florida Keys. The scale of these natural blooms often means there is not much direct intervention that can prevent the seaweed from reaching the shore, as the user noted.
