Accueil Oceanfront sur Deep Water Canal w / Dock, piscine, bain à remous, kayaks, table de billard!

Vues à couper le souffle sur l'océan - 180 degrés de lever et de coucher de soleil!

Eaux turquoises et brises de mer douces - profitez du paradis tropical au cœur des Keys. La maison est située à l'endroit où la rue se termine et l'océan commence!

Pêche sportive de renommée mondiale - avec un quai en béton de 150 pieds sur un canal en eau profonde. Terrain surdimensionné a beaucoup d'espace pour le stationnement, et apportez votre remorque de bateau! Certains des meilleurs sites de plongée sous-marine du pays se trouvent juste à côté du récif Sombrero!

Divertissez-vous et détendez-vous sur l’immense terrasse couverte et attenante à la grande salle familiale vitrée sur trois côtés. Prendre un bain de soleil sur le pont découvert, nager dans la piscine privée, se détendre dans le bain à remous ou lancer depuis notre quai de kayak un de nos kayaks prévu pour votre plaisir. Le trottoir sur le bassin de marée se prolonge dans l'Atlantique pour la pêche ou l'observation. Buvez votre café matinal au lever de soleil et faites cuire du poisson frais sur le gril en plein air au coucher du soleil!

This gorgeous home was perfect for our stay. The views are breathtaking. The property is so clean and well maintained which is great for someone like me who tends to fret over the noseeums. I will surely miss my morning coffee views. The tidal pool was amazing - a whole thriving ecosystem. We had almost daily visits by a group of manatees that were truly living their best life. We enjoyed the sea kayaks - the launch made it so easy to use. We also loved the pool and foosball tables outside in the shaded area. The pool temp was perfect and so nice to get a quick cool down. The kitchen was beyond well stocked and a nice surprise: a collection of spices, etc have been left behind from other guests. This house is truly a treasure.

Absolutely Wonderful

House was perfect with amazing views, plenty to do. For our group the location was just what we were looking for. Beautiful views of the sunrise every morning. If we ever go back to the keys, would stay here again without hesitation.

Nice place with good amenities

Great property, the channel in from the ocean is temperamental to the tides but good dock space. The house is spacious and you can't hear someone else outside the bedrooms. Overall great place to stay. Had our adult kids and one other couple from time to time, everyone had a great time.

Here’s a cleaner, more polished version that still feels like you:The location couldn’t have been more perfect. The house had a well-stocked kitchen, and honestly, we could have spent the entire trip just enjoying the property. We fished right from the dock and caught a nurse shark, mangrove snapper, grunts, barracuda, and pinfish. Fresh snapper ended up being dinner almost every night.We made great use of the pool, kayaks, and paddleboard, and for most of the week it felt incredibly private. We rarely saw anyone in the neighboring homes until the last couple of days. We traveled with my parents and our three boys (ages 14, 10, and 9), and it was a perfect setup for all of us.The beds were very comfortable, and we loved all the windows and screen doors. The A/C worked great, which was much appreciated. Mornings on the deck with coffee and sunrises, and evenings enjoying dinner overlooking the ocean, were highlights of the trip.The only thing to note is that access to the home requires climbing a fairly steep set of stairs, so just be aware of that when booking.

Have been to the Keys several times but this trip and house was the best by far, has the best views of the ocean plenty to do on the island for all ages will defiantly be rebooking and telling friends and family about the house and location

A Perfect Stay for Family Memories

Sunrise Dream was chosen as the location to spend our 50th Anniversary and long awaited family vacation. The property was well equipped and comfortable, and the amenities more than exceeded our expectations. The owner and the Property Manager were helpful and very responsive to any questions. It was deemed our best vacation by all 10 family members ages 4-72!

We keep coming back!

This house is perfect for our family! All bedrooms on one floor make it great for the kids. Kitchen has most common appliances, pool is clean and refreshing, bedrooms are cozy, laundry machines are excellent! We’ve already booked for next year!

Ann Weathersby has been our Property Manager for our vacation homes for over 14 years now. You will receive a level of service and personal attention from her throughout your rental process. Being semi-retired and having Ann as our Property Manager has allowed us more time with our 10 grandchildren, ages 12 to 20years old. Our three daughters and sons-in law all live 15 minutes from our home in Tennessee, so it is always filled with happy chaos!

We chose our vacation home in Marathon for many reasons. We have always loved the beauty and uniqueness of the Florida Keys. After deciding, in 2000, to purchase a vacation rental home, Marathon was our first choice. This ocean front home with a deep water canal to the Atlantic, was the perfect choice; going out on the boat, fishing blue water or bay water, snorkeling, or diving. The ocean view from the deck is a wonderful place to relax, be with family and friends and grill fresh seafood. Local fish markets have an ever changing selection based on what their boats have brought in that day!
