Our lovely home is made for you to feel right at home. Recently renovated to be ready for the summer season, the home consists of 4 bedrooms (each bed has high thread count sheets), 2 full bathrooms, a gorgeous kitchen that is fully stocked, central AC, a backyard deck and BBQ grill and a covered patio with lounge chairs for al fresco dining, and all situated on nearly 1/2 an acre of land giving the kids plenty of space to play on. In house entertainment featuring a 60" Samsung TV with practically every local and national channel imaginable, and high speed Wi-Fi throughout the home. Need to work from home during the day? We have you covered with a 24" LG monitor so you don't miss a beat!

The home is right in the heart of Padanaram Village, perfect for families looking for a relaxing vacation close to the beach and near it all. Conveniently located so you can walk three blocks and grab your morning coffee from Farm & Coast, have a meal with friends at Sail Loft or Little Moss, check out the art galleries, and take in the sunset at award winning Padanaram Harbor filled with sailboats.

There are two amazing nearby beach options. The local Apponagansett Beach which is a 3 minute drive and has a picnic area, playground, basketball court, volleyball court, and a launch pad for kayaks and paddleboards. Note, there is a $10 fee for parking between July 1st thru Labor Day. The other option is Round Hill Beach which is less than a 10 minute drive, overlooking Buzzards Bay with soft white sand and calm waters. There is a $100/week charge for weekly passes and a $200 charge if purchasing for the entire season - passes can be purchased at Town Hall. And we have plenty of beach towels for the family to use!

Last but not least, the location of Padanaram is unparalleled. 10 minutes from New Bedford which has the Whaling Museum + ferries that take you to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket + some of the best seafood restaurants (ask us for our favorites which we'll happily tell you), 45 minutes from Providence and Newport, and 1 hour from Boston if you want to catch a Red Sox game! Please note, pets are not allowed and smoking is not permitted.

For security measures, we have a Ring doorbell facing the street on both front doors and a Ring flood light in the back of the house.
