Podere Tesorino est un 300-year-old, ferme toscane typique dans le sud de la Toscane, la Maremme. Une vue unique sur les montagnes et les collines vers la mer. Le Podere a été amoureusement restauré dans le style traditionnel de la région sur quatre ans. Dans le jardin de devant est une grande piscine (sans chlore), grande zone herbeuse, puis jardin d'oliviers.
Tesorino située sur un grand terrain dans un endroit calme et rural entre l'ancien jardin d'oliviers, prairies, forêts et maquis.
Aujourd'hui Tesorino fournit avec son de haute qualité spéciale et décoration de bon goût avec tout le confort pour un séjour à se détendre avec la joie de la découverte et de plaisir en Toscane.
Tesorino "Casa Vecchia" est la grande, ancienne ferme pour jusqu'à 10 personnes. Avec une grande cuisine et salle à manger à l'intérieur, plusieurs terrasses et une aire de barbecue extérieur pour des moments agréables.

Love Tuscany

we absolutely loved our stay. The house was lovely ,spacious, great pool and well appointed. We had great communication with Mel. We had a fabulous time with our chef Thomas !!!! Highly recommend him as he cooked us all dinner 1 night and then came back and gave us a pasta cooking class, which we ate. All of us (7) participated.

Stunning views near a quaint little town . LOVE!

We love this area! The house is lined with all kinds of herbs, the pool is amazing and the views are spectacular. We took an hour drive in our rental to a great winery. We would go back! Love it there.

Perfect venue for our intimate wedding

We loved this place so much, photos do not do justice! We stayed here for a week for an intimate family wedding ceremony and it was the perfect venue. It was immaculately clean, so spacious, extremely comfy beds, lots of bathrooms. The views and peacefulness cannot be captured in photos, and the pool area was perfect. Our stay here felt very luxurious!

Unique Tuscan home

We had a wonderful time in this unique country home. It had breathtaking views of the countryside and very nice pool. It is a restored classic Tuscan home in a small town. It was a great location to explore Tuscany. No air conditioning in the bedrooms but there was a nice breeze most nights.

A memorable holiday

Wonderful villa with everything you need. The only downside is that there is no air conditioning when it's +40 outside, but having the windows open and a draught saved the day. Very good pool, although it's half an hour to the sea. We had a memorable holiday.

Incredible villa with beautiful countryside view and amazing pool!

Our family had a fantastic time in this rural villa. The space was very clean and well-kept as were the grounds (almost too much as they were there mowing grass several times during our stay and for most of the day). The surroundings were very peaceful and quiet and the countryside views were breathtaking with many outdoor areas on the property to enjoy - perfect for meals al fresco! Property is wonderfully located and ideal for day trips in Tuscany/Umbria from this home base but made sure we also enjoyed our time at the amazing pool! The bugs/mosquitos were a nuisance, both inside and out of the property, and the house can get quite warm (although there were plenty of fans), but this definitely didn’t impact our incredible stay. Would highly recommend this amazing property!

A Slice of Heaven

Our visit to this gorgeous property was relaxing and rejuvenating. Daily al fresco dining provided amazing views of the breathtaking scenery and nightly gatherings in front of the inviting fireplace were perfectly glorious. The home itself is furnished nicely (comfortable sofas and mattresses), and has plenty of dishes, glasses, flatware, bed linens and towels; however there was no paper towel, hand soap, dish soap, dishwashing detergent, trash bags, etc.; the kitchen knives were dull (fortunately my son brought his chef's knife), there was no skillet or baking sheets, there was a shortage of cooking and serving utensils. In spite of these nuisances, our visit was truly magical.

Beautiful Tuscan farm house

Podere Tesorino is a wonderful property with stunning views of the Tuscan countryside. The property manager was a delight to communicate with and had terrific recommendations for local restaurants and activities and helped to address questions. This was the perfect spot for us for a Montalcino day trip, visits to neighboring towns, and also reasonably close to the beach. We recommend La Vecchia Oliviera in the garden for dinner and Antica Fattoria di Grotttaione for lunch in nearby towns. You'll definitely want to make sure to have ample time at the house, by the pool, and for al fresco dining. The house does not have AC, and the weather was hot, but a system of opening shutters and windows later in the evening cooled things off. The mosquito nets on the beds were much appreciated. Make sure to use Google Maps and not Waze for directions. We absolutely loved our stay and can't wait to come back!

Peaceful Stay in Beautiful Tuscany

We had a wonderful stay in Podere Tesorino. The farm house was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Best of all were the breathtaking views of the Tuscany landscape, all around. We especially loved the pool and the large table outside where we had all of our meals. The house is quite isolated and perfect if you are looking for a peaceful and quiet family vacation. There are a few local grocery shops within a 15-30 min drive where we got basic supplies, nothing fancy but enough to prepare simple meals. We stayed during a heat wave where temperatures varied between 32 and 38 degrees. We were comfortable outside but during the hottest days and nights it was more difficult to sleep comfortably despite opening all the windows and turning on the multiple available fans. We did 1 day trip to Rome and 1 day trip to the beach, which we both loved. Mel, our host, was kind, helpful and very responsive. She shared tips to cool down the house at night and helped me make a reservation for umbrellas on the beach and recommended a great beach restaurant. Overall, we loved our vacation and highly recommend this beautiful property,

Séjour sans repos de nuit

Nous avons découvert une maison superbe, très belle rénovation, très bien décorée, très propre, avec tous les accessoires que l'on peut demander lors d'une location. La vue, depuis la maison est exceptionnelle. Malheureusement, le toit semble très mal isolé et personne parmi les huit personnes qui nous accompagnaient n'a pu dormir une nuit complète sur les dix jours de location. malgré les ventilateurs (esthétiques) , qui sont plus des petits ventilateurs de bureau que des ventilateurs destinés à rafraichir des pièces aussi grandes. Les chambres affichaient 30 degrés, malgré notre ventilation, fenêtres ouvertes, le soir tombant. Une villa de cette classe doit obligatoirement avoir l'air conditionné dans les chambres. Et je déconseille fortement la location pendant les mois de juillet et d'août qui sont les mois les plus chauds. C'est tout à fait dommage, car la région est magnifique et les petits villages avoisinants, que le propriétaire ne mentionne pas dans ses conseils, sont magnifiques à découvrir

Very happy to hear that you liked the house, its interior and cleanliness and the surroundings. The more sorry I am that we could not meet your expectations re the temperature. The roof of the house is new and was redone with the renovation a couple of years ago. The heat, unfortunately, is something we cannot really control. Italy and Spain had an enormous heat wave - you could read about it all over in the press. It never has been so hot before. The ventilators which you described as desk gadgets are high end Dyson products - the large ones not the small ones. And there are roof ventilators too. No question, air condition would be perfect and we seriously think about installing one since the global warming is progressing. So I apologize that you couldn’t feel as comfortable as all the other guests before. Thank you very much for your review.

Unser Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Melanie verlief von Anfang an reibungslos und sie stand uns bei Fragen jederzeit sofort und hilfsbereit zur Seite. Die Lage des Hauses ist wunderschön idyllisch und perfekt, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen, allerdings sollte man einplanen, dass der nächste größere Supermarkt etwa 30 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt ist. In der Unterkunft selbst findet man bereits einige Spiele, sodass gemütlichen und lustigen Abenden im offenen Küchen- und Wohnbereich nichts im Wege steht. Besonders schön ist auch, dass es mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten gibt, drinnen wie draußen, sodass man gemeinsam essen oder den Abend bei einem Gläschen Wein ausklingen lassen kann. Draußen lässt sich dann wunderbar beobachten, wie die untergehende Sonne die Hügel in ein rötliches Licht taucht. Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen.

Wirklich perfekt

An der Unterkunft gibt es wirklich nichts auszusetzen. Alles ist so wie es auf den Bildern aussieht, die Landschaft um das Anwesen herum ist traumhaft, der wirklich große Pool ist immer sauber und das Haus insbesondere die Küche ist so gut ausgestattet wie ich es noch nie in einem Ferienhaus gesehen habe! Toskana-Feeling pur!

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus in der Toskana war schlichtweg fantastisch! Wir waren mit 6 Leuten in dem schönen Ferienhaus. Hier sind einige der Highlights: Das Haus selbst ist einfach wunderbar. Es ist geräumig, gut gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ließ kaum Wünsche offen – von der gut ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zu den gemütlichen Schlafzimmern fanden wir alles, was wir brauchten, um uns wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Es gibt zwar keine Klima-Anlage aber leistungsstarke Ventilatoren. Der Pool macht einfach Spaß! Die Aussicht ist wirklich schön! Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war vorbildlich! Sie waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Auch bei Problemen (für die sie nichts konnten!) haben sie sich sofort gekümmert und Lösungen für uns gefunden. Das hat uns wirklich beeindruckt und zeigt, wie sehr sie sich um das Wohl ihrer Gäste kümmern! Und last but not least, die Restauranttipps der Vermieter waren absolut klasse! Wir haben einige der besten lokalen Gerichte in den empfohlenen Restaurants probiert und waren jedes Mal begeistert. Perfekte Betreuung! Alles in allem können wir einen Aufenthalt hier nur wärmstens empfehlen! Danke :)

Toskana im Herbst

Das Haus hat voll unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Die Lage ist super schön und ruhig, einzig die Distanz zum nächsten Ort (Cinigiano, ca. 7km) war etwas weit. Pool war noch mit 21 Grad in Betrieb. Alles war bestens organisiert - Urlaub wie er sein sollte.

Super Haus - liebevoll restauriert - und schöner großer Pool mit fantastischem Ausblick in die Natur! Wer die Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir hatten beeindruckende Naturerlebnisse. Das Haus selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet aufgrund seiner Größe genug Rückzugsorte für jedermann. Zum Einkaufen benötigt man auf jeden Fall ein Auto - wer zum Großeinkauf nach Grosseto fahren möchte, muss ca. 30 Minuten einfache Strecke einplanen. Auch Cinigiano (8 Minuten mit dem Auto) bietet noch einen sehr kleinen Supermarkt, Bäcker, Apotheke und Bankautomaten - hier aber auf die Öffnungszeiten achten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gäste-Betreuung: sie war bereits vor Urlaubsantritt und auch während unserer Urlaubstage wirklich unglaublich gut. Unser Dank gilt sowohl unserem Vermieter als auch unserer Managerin vor Ort. Einziges Manko unseres Urlaubs war die große Hitzewelle. Mit den zur Verfügung gestellten Ventilatoren konnte auch nachts das aufgeheizte Haus in den Schlafzimmern nicht unter 30 Grad gebracht werden. Dennoch waren wir nicht das letzte Mal hier!!!

Wunderschöne und ruhige Lage

Geschmackvolle eingerichtete Villa mit Top Ausstattung in the middle of nowhere. Wer Ruhe, Entspannung in einer Traumkulisse sucht ist hier richtig. Im nächsten Dorf (Cinigiano) kann man das Nötigste in einem winzigen Tante Emma Laden einkaufen. Für alles andere (Strand, Einkaufszentrum, Besichtigungen, usw.) fährt man minimum 35-40 Minuten. Aber es lohnt sich. Eine tolle Region! Und in der Zwischenzeit kann man vom großen Pool oder von der Terrasse aus bei einem Glas Rotwein den malerischen Ausblick geniessen.

Podere Tesorino is a very peaceful Villa surrounding the Tuscan hills The villa is very tastefully restored There was all the amenities, that you could wish for in the kitchen Ample towels provided Andrea was very helpful in sorting a baby bath as we had two babies Plus provided the extra travel cot that was requested Overall excellent service and a memorable holiday was spent at this lovely villa
