This house was perfect! It was a ten minute drive to Dreams Park and close to restaurants and the grocery store. It was clean, spacious, and had all that we needed for a comfortable stay. We highly recommend this property.

The property was beautiful, and the hosts were very communicative. If you have to watch your kid play endless baseball there’s no better place to come back to rest and unwind.

To put this simple…this is the perfect house for anyone going to Cooperstown Dreams Park. The location is just a few minutes away and easy to go back and forth. The property has something for everyone. I can’t say enough about the house and would recommend highly !!!

This property was fantastic. The owners were great about communicating and the description of the house was exactly what we got. The location for us going to Dreams Park was perfect. The unbelievable sunflower farm at the beginning of the road was the icing on the cake.

Convenient Location, Spacious Home

This was the perfect home for five families to stay during our trip to Cooperstown Dreams Park. The location is key as it is centrally located between the baseball field and downtown Cooperstown; making trips home between games quick and easy. It is also close to Fly Creek Cider Mill. The pool and firepit were both beautiful. The hosts were responsive and helpful during our stay. We received a personal phone call letting us know the home was ready before the 4pm check in time and Claire called to help with recommendations for a car repair place.Something to note: While the home is close to the park, the listing description says 4 minutes - but it is actually 4 miles, 8 minutes.

Baseball Families Getaway

Great house for a few baseball families to share. The bedroom with the twin beds actually has to bunk beds which worked out better for our families. The house was clean and met our expectations. The ice dispenser and water dispenser for the fridge didn’t work but besides that the house was great.

Great CDP VRBO

This is a great home for families/friends staying together while their kids are at CDP tournament. It’s under 10 minutes to the park from the house. The house worked perfectly for 4 adults using 3 bedrooms and two teen girls who shared the bunk bed room. We never used the pool as the weather wasn’t warm enough or it was rainy and we didn’t have time. The house was great for our needs. It is extremely dark on the roads and wish there was more lighting in the front of the house but otherwise it was great!!

Great for Baseball Families

Close to both downtown Cooperstown and Cooperstown Dreamspark, this house was great for the four families that stayed while our boys played at Dreamspark. The house was exactly as pictured plus one room not pictured with 2 sets of bunk beds and an extra mattress that we put in an adult room for the youngest kiddo. The pool is sufficient for kids who didn’t mind that it’s not super warm. And there was plenty of outdoor space for them to run around and play whiffle ball. The house was very clean and nicely appointed. The only small nitpicky things we would suggest to the owners is larger entry mats at the front and the back door, as we had lots of feet coming in and out and lots of shoes by the front door. Otherwise, we quite enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location for Cooperstown Dream Park

We stayed in the 3rd week of June 2023 with 6 adults and 5 kids aged 7-10. This place was perfect for our needs; super-close to Dreams Park (maybe 10 min drive), huge yard for the kids to play whiffle ball, and a very nice pool for all to take advantage of. There is a basketball hoop with probably 30x30 concrete pad, but the hoop was bent down 20 degrees and missing a net. Ideally that hoop gets replaced as the kids couldn't really play on it. The house is equipped with everything you need, including a gas grill and a very nice patio with built-in fireplace out in the yard. We had a fire one night which was fantastic. From a layout perspective (helpful for groups traveling together), this house has 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. All of the bedrooms are huge. Downstairs is a master bedroom with on-suite bathroom with tub and shower. There is also a full bathroom with tub and shower downstairs unattached to a bedroom. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has an on-suite bathroom with tub and shower. Bedroom 2 does not have a bathroom. Bedroom 3 does not have a bathroom. Bedroom 4 has 2 sets of bunkbeds and no bathroom (5 kids easily slept in there). There is a full bathroom with tub and shower also upstairs that is not attached to a bedroom. All in all we would definitely stay at this property again. Well worth it given the location to Dreams Park, the good size bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, the huge yard, and comfy interior.

Perfect house for Vacation Stay

The house had 5 BIG bedrooms and 4 FULL bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms had bathrooms adjoining to the room and there was another bathroom downstairs and another upstairs in the hall. The “twin beds” room actually has two sets of bunk beds (twin on top and full on bottom). That’s four beds in that room alone! Huge bonus because the pic online only showed two twin beds. The property itself is flat and open and spacious, perfect for wiffle ball games or more. There was also a basket ball court (not just a hoop) with a concrete slab that was a bonus, as I don’t remember reading about one being there. The pool was great too. Perfect height for little ones as my 5yr old could touch in spots and it got deeper in the middle of the pool for adults (or tall teenagers!). We did have a problem with the septic one day when we were there, but we spoke with Chris and he came to the house immediately to check it out and had someone come in, also immediately, and took care of the issue. We were out at a baseball game for the morning so it wasn’t much of an inconvenience to us at all. Great house!!
