2313 Villamare est un 3ème étage, 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain, NON-FUMEUR, unité océanique, qui a vue sur l'océan à travers la cour magnifiquement paysagée, orientée vers le lagon. Il offre une intimité totale pour les couples en vacances, ou les parents qui ont besoin d'un certain temps de qualité pendant que leurs enfants bénéficient de leur propre suite individuelle. Cette suite de chambre contient 1 lit queen et 1 grand lit, 42 'écran plat HDTV, Blu-ray DVD, CD / AM-FM / système de musique, téléphone, salle de bain complète et un balcon privé.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size, 50 HDTV à écran plat, lecteur DVD Blu-ray avec wifi, salle de bain privée avec grande douche à l'italienne, dressing, baignoire, téléphone et accès au balcon. Le salon confortable dispose d'un canapé et d'une causeuse, d'un lecteur DVD HDTV Blu-Ray de 55 ", tous deux dotés d'une connexion Wi-Fi et d'un accès au balcon. La salle à manger attenante et une cuisine entièrement équipée avec cuisinière, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, l'élimination, planche à repasser, le fer, le téléphone avec la machine et tous les ustensiles de cuisine de répondre. L'appareil contient une rondelle pleine grandeur et sèche-linge, draps et serviettes.

La villa dispose également d'une entrée pratique sans clé, qui évite d'avoir à emporter plus de clés que nécessaire en vacances, ainsi qu'un accès quotidien au tennis ou au picking gratuit, un accès gratuit à Internet sans fil, des appels longue distance gratuits et des locations à tarif réduit via AAA RIDING .

Great Rental On The Beach

My family spent a week in Hilton Head for the first time. The rental was perfect and fully furnished with everything we needed. There was a large pool and hot tub and a nice walkway onto the beach. There was underground parking for our car and rented bicycles and the elevator made checking in and out much easier. Great place and very helpful owner.

Wonderful Week

Enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very nice and clean and close to everything. Great restaurants near by. Played Pickleball and walked the beach almost every day. My only suggestion would be to buy new king size sheets. They kept slipping off. Everything else was great.

Amazing Rental

5 stars! This was the perfect beach vacation — exactly as described and more. We rented this condo for our family of four. The complex was great as two other families rented condos in the same building for a great group stay! The pool and beach amenities were perfect. The grocery store is right across the street from the neighborhood. We played pickle every day and had the kids in tennis clinics every morning. Super fun way to start the day. And a little breakfast ice cream at General Store makes the day complete!

Excellent place to stay!!

The host: In 30 years of staying on HHI, I have never had a host make this much effort in being sure you enjoyed your stay. Ralph touched base before, during and after our stay to follow up and be sure everything was going well. The condo: Spotless and well appointed. This quiet unit in Villamare is located centrally on the island and is convenient to the beach, dining and shopping. Underground parking, elevators and a beautiful courtyard leads up to the two pools and beach access. Our vacation was ending right before Hurricane Helene was about to make landfall and Ralph offered for us to stay an extra night on him to be sure our drive home was safe. You cannot go wrong with booking this condo for an great vacation stay. Thank you Ralph! We will be back again soon!

A great getaway on HHI

Ralph was extremely helpful, proactive and thorough in his communications. He was detail-oriented in making sure that his condo/the property would meet our needs during the booking process, was knowledgeable about the surrounding area, and was extremely easy to work with (had more communication with him than any other owner I have ever rented from in the past). The grounds at Villamare were beautiful and the condo was clean and fit our needs well. We believe that it was a great location on the island and enjoyed our stay. The outside pool area was great and had plenty of lounge chairs available. We even took advantage of the indoor pool on a rainy day, which was a nice option you don't always have at other properties. The arrival and departure process was easy also. I would not hesitate to rent from Ralph again in the future.

The location is perfect! We love Palmetto Dunes! The property is wonderful It is clean, roomy and fully stocked! The pool and beach were great! Couldn’t ask for a better vacation.
