Large Rooms with beautiful views, just steps to beach, underground parking at this luxurious condo. Wake up to sunrises from the master sliding glass doors and pour yourself a cup of coffee and relax on the balcony. Home has been fully updated with granite counters, farmhouse sink, under cabinet lighting, backlit cabinets, comfy furniture and beds! You will love your stay here! All the comforts of home, with full size washer and dryer. The location just doesn't get any better! Restaurants are nearby, and the full-length balcony provides incredible views up and down the beach to watch the surfers and rocket launches! Beach towels, chairs and umbrella are provided. Just bring your suitcase! Pets allowed under 35 lbs. 25.00 per day pet fee with owner approval.

I do not usually share reviews and I will say our stay was a 10/10. The condo was clean, had everything we needed including the beach gear, a great location and beautiful sunrises. We usually don’t go back to locations but this time, we may be a return customer.

This was a beautiful condo with an ocean view that is perfect for the sunrises! Our family had a truly amazing time enjoying all the condo provided. The beds were all comfortable. Very clean and well stocked. Walking distance to right downtown. Beach chairs and toys available. Deanne was a wonderful host! We plan to return!

Proximity to beach a 10 out of 10. View a 10. Location a 10. Host a 10 out of 10. Bed comfort a 10. Parking availability/security a 10. Pool a 7, not heated & very cold. Noise level a 7 as AC sounded like water was continuously running 24/7. Cleanliness generally okay at 7 out of 10 but the bathrooms, floors and baseboards need a thorough, deep cleaning occasionally. I would still recommend this condo & would definitely consider staying there again.

This condo was perfect for our visit! It was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. It’s updated features and decor were beautiful and functional. The balcony ocean view was perfect for my sunrise coffee and afternoon shaded siesta. The bed was very comfortable. We appreciated that the building has an elevator as well as secure covered parking.

We Love this Condo. Clean, Beautifully decorated. Two 12 foot sliding doors to huge balcony. Gorgeous Kitchen. Location is fantastic, close to grocery shopping and the CoCoa Beach Health Fitness...We are planning on return visits...!!!

Perfect Beach Retreat

We loved staying at this condo in Cocoa Beach. We loved watching the sunrise while drinking our coffee eveey morning. It waw decorated so cute and had everything we needed.

Absolutely perfect property. Right on the beach. Easy parking. The best host ever. She texted to check on us and even gave us a heads up when currents were strong and of an upcoming rocket launch. Best experience we’ve had renting a condo.
