Centrally located studio in the heart of Fort Walton Beach. Minutes to beaches and Destin attractions. Condo overlooks a large inviting pool and is waterfront to the Santa Rosa sound. Fish off the dock or take advantage of the private Sound access. The Sound is adjacent to the Gulf of Mexico. Private marina with 28 foot boat slip available for a additional fee. Slip availability varies during the year. Self check in with keyless entry. Walking distance to restaurants. Condo has queen bed & full size sleeper sofa. Upgraded linens and pillows for a comfortable sleeping environment. Kitchenette offers stove/oven combo microwave, refrigerator , air fryer, crockpot, blender and Keurig. 4 adult size beach chairs towels & umbrella. Dog friendly for 2 pets up to 50lbs. Grilling accessories (lighter, skewers ,BBQ tools)provided to use the grill which is adjacent to the pool/marina. Starter toiletries provided including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, K-cups & assorted sweeteners/creamer. Ring camera on front door for security purposes.

Family Trip Making Memories

We could not have been HAPPIER with this condo! The convenience to the beach, ocean views, cleanliness, and all the extra accommodations, etc etc etc. I would HIGHLY recommend this condo! I know when we return we will be reaching out to this same place.....hands down!!!!

29 anniversary trip

Could tell work was being done to properties and condo. Some of the individuals who live there rude others ok. It was not as noisy as other places that was good. Heard of some things being stolen from vehicles so had to load up and down Couldn't leave stuff in truck as we could at other places we have stayed. We did enjoy our time there thank you.

Quick Getaway

We had a great time. Very clean cute condo. Was smaller than expected. there is no Stove in the kitchenette, only a microwave and small fridge. It is all one room except for the bathroom. It worked fine for us but there is not room for a second couple.

Thank you for choosing Waterfront Paradise. Space is listed as a studio condo. Sofa bed provides 2nd sleeping area for 2 people. Kitchenette by definition includes small appliances but not a stove.

Destin Trip

The view of the front of the building is kind of plain. However the back is beautiful over looking the pool and Gulf. I wish there was an area to have your dog back there. They request you walk your dog in the front of the building. There are poop bags but you have to walk it to the front dumpster. Lovely dog park walking distance on the water.

A Masterclass in Great Hosting!

This was the perfect quick getaway for me and my husband! Accomodations were cozy, clean, and super comfortable. We made great use of the marina for fishing and pool/patio for relaxing. Beach and entertainment was a short distance away. Beautiful view of the pool, marina, and Sound at night. But what made this host so amazing was the attention to detail and touches of luxury. The fluffy, quality towels, the super comfy mattress and high quality pillows. A comfy couch you actually wanted to sit on (we didn't use pull-out bed). The throws for cozying up to a book or movie. All of the amenities. Forgot something? It was already there, from razors to cooking spices to sunburn gel to aluminum foil Want to go to the beach? There were beach chairs, towels, and umbrella, along with a cooler bag to take snacks along. Made for an easy vacation, and we will definitely be back!

Oasis and everything you need!

This property had everything you will need, there is an amazing pool oasis in the back that your balcony over looks, a long dock you can walk along, and even a little beach!!! There’s a kitchen, towels, beach towels, beach needs, everything is basically provided. The only thing I brought from home was laundry detergent and my personal items! It’s not very big but plenty of room for 4 people to sleep and hang out. The TV is huge and can be seen all over the condo, it had all of our streaming platforms already built in. The front doesn’t look like much and there is no window to see if someone is at your door or to check on your car without opening the door. There is a ring doorbell that I think the owner has access too. This place is totally worth it! We were there for a baseball tournament, and it was nice to have someplace comfortable and with a pool to return to after long hot days or cool off before the games. There are plenty of restaurants close by! If I come back, I will definitely try to stay here again!

Cute little studio

This was an adorable little studio apartment on the bay, there was a great view of the water from the balcony. I enjoyed the pool area. The front picture is a little deceiving because it’s not really on the beach, but it’s close to a lot of other things. The bed was very comfortable and I slept very well. Even though it’s just a kitchenette there were all the accessories, a blender, pressure cooker, and more. Everything you would have wanted if you were staying in and wanted to cook

Nice place

The condo was so cute and already decorated for fall. Me and my 2 girls had a great stay. The views were beautiful and the beach was just a very short drive over the bridge. We had a great fall break.
