Casa de Iluminación, a luxury villa in Playa Flamingo, was built in July 2021. This 5,000 sq. ft. villa in the Mar Vista community is just minutes from Playa Flamingo, Flamingo Marina, and other stunning beaches like Playa Potrero and Playa Conchal. It's less than an hour from Liberia's international airport, making it easily accessible.



This villa boasts 5 bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms, including a private apartment. The open-concept kitchen and living area lead out to a large terrace with a fire pit, outdoor dining, and a BBQ. Wall-to-wall sliding doors offer seamless indoor-outdoor living, with stunning views of the infinity pool and the Pacific Ocean.



The master suite, located on the upper floor, features two private balconies with ocean views, a soaking tub, and has an open, integrated, spacious bathroom with a shower room and separated toilet. Downstairs, there are two more ocean-view bedrooms, one of which is a family-friendly room with a king size bed and an area accessed via a staircase that offers two additional single beds. The other ocean-view room is a bit smaller, but still provides a Smart-TV, a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom. There is an additional spacious bedroom on the main floor, that features a king-size bed, a pull out sofa (full-sized not queen), en-suite bathroom and a big TV for cozy movie nights.

Accessible via stairs going down from the swimming pool deck, you can reach the additional apartment with its ocean view terrace. It features a kitchenette, a living area with a full-size pull-out sofa bed (not queen), a separate king-size bedroom, and an en-suite bathroom.



Modern amenities include A/C throughout, fiber-optic Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, a washer/dryer, lockboxes, and a security system. Enjoy luxury finishings like travertine pool decking, hand-crafted wooden furniture, and custom art by local artisans.
