This beautifully appointed 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay. The master suite features a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a separate shower and garden tubâperfect for unwinding after a busy day.
The fully equipped kitchen and spacious living and dining areas provide ample room to cook, relax, and entertain your group with ease. For those working remotely, thereâs a dedicated, separate office space to keep you productive and focused. The separate laundry room and other thoughtful amenities make your stay effortless.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Rest easy with a king bed in the master, two queen beds, and a versatile bunk bed featuring a single top and double bottomâcomfortably accommodating up to 8 adults.
Outdoor Space:
Step outside to your private, fenced backyardâideal for enjoying a quiet glass of wine or letting your furry friends roam safely. Cozy up around the propane fire pit for relaxing evenings under the stars. The peaceful outdoor space offers a perfect retreat to relax and recharge.
Convenient Access & Parking:
EV Level 2 charger available for your convince. Parking includes 2 driveway spots plus ample street parking. If you require access to the EV charger or need to store something in the garage, just reach out to us ahead of time, and weâll be happy to assist. The garage and master closet are secured for owner storage.
Pet-Friendly Comfort:
Bring your dogs along! We welcome canine guests and provide a fenced yard for their safety and enjoyment. (Sorry, no cats due to allergies.) A $150 pet cleaning fee applies to help maintain a fresh environment for all guests.
Community Pool:
Cool off at the community pool, open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day (closed during winter). Enjoy daily access from 10 AM to 9 PM. Please note, the pool is managed by the HOA, so closures are beyond our control. Replacement fee for lost pool key cards is $100.
Additional Policies:
This is a no smoking property. A $150 fee will be charged for any smoking on the premises, plus any additional charges for cleanup or damages. Thank you for helping us keep the home fresh and comfortable for all guests.

The great location just off I-35 offers easy access to both Austin and San Marcos. I especially love the two living rooms and the large kitchenâperfect for cooking and gathering. We often host both our families here for holidays, and of course, weâre happy to welcome your furry friend, Fido!
