The living and dining area features new, plush furniture, a flat-screen TV, and sleek Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring. The fully equipped kitchen is a cook's dream, complete with updated appliances, both Keurig and drip coffee makers, and all the essentials to prepare meals for the family.

This A-frame cottage comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests:

Bedroom 1 (1st Floor): Queen bed, TV, shared full bath with walk-in shower, and a street-side view.

Bedroom 2 (1st Floor): Queen bed, TV, shared full bath with walk-in shower, and a street-side view.

Bedroom 3 (2nd Floor): Queen bed, TV, shared full bath with tub/shower combo, and a street-side view.

Bedroom 4 (2nd Floor): Twin bed, a Twin/Full bunk bed, TV, shared full bath with tub/shower combo, and an ocean view.

New for 2025: We've added an additional twin bunk upstairs, making it perfect for larger groups! Not looking for extra sleeping space? The room also includes a desk with a stunning ocean view—ideal for catching up on work while enjoying your vacation.

Laundry facilities are conveniently located just outside the 1st-floor bedrooms, making it easy to keep everything fresh after a day in the sun.

Bring your furry friend along to enjoy this rare pet-friendly oceanfront home! After a fun day at the beach, rinse off sandy paws (and feet!) using the foot rinse shower on the private boardwalk or the fully enclosed outdoor shower.
