"Tree House" on The Creek in Mid Town Pensacola!

Welcome to the "Treehouse." Its a HEALING place. Everyone that comes here falls in love with the view. This oasis is smack dab in the middle of town. The beach is a short 20 minute drive. Located 9 minutes from downtown with amazing shops, dining and museums. Three large bedrooms, two baths with a relaxing soaker tub. Not to mention balconies off the master bedroom and living room. The forest behind here will give you that seclusion feel, along with turtles, fish, and incredible bird life. Modern features and amazing views will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed on your vacation. Many restaurants and shopping with in walking distance.

*Note- this house has three levels and three sets of stairs. It also has two high balcony's. One on the third floor and one on the second floor. This may not be suitable for young children or people who have trouble climbing stairs. The bathrooms are both located on the second floor. Please take this into consideration when booking. Additionally, there is a table/chairs on the top balcony of the master. Door must remained locked at all times if there are children on the property. (My 2 year old would climb on the table and jump off the balcony if she had the chance- no sense yet) The bedrooms are on the second and third floors. The second story balcony is screened in, and is not meant to be a safety measure. Children may fall through the screen and down a hill. I am allowing children because I know that some families have children that are calm and sensible (mine are not). So book with discretion please. We are Not responsible for any accidents. This home is meant to be very relaxing with an amazing view.

We loved this house! It was a really unique place, with different balconies and views. Lots of space to hang out, which worked out for us since weather interfered with our original plans and we spent a lot of time at the house. The layout was cool and the space felt both cozy and spacious. The beds were comfortable, the linens were crisp and clean. It was great having a grill and a full kitchen. There were plenty of towels, wash cloths, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. It was very cleanly, but my favorite thing was by far the views. I loved sitting on the screened porch drinking my coffee in the mornings. I hope to stay here again! I think it’s mentioned in the description, but there are lots of stairs. Not an issue for us, but if you have mobility issues, elderly guests, or very young children, maybe not the best place for you. However, I think my kids would love it (the youngest being 8) and the different stories add different views. This was a great little getaway for us, made much better by being able to stay in such a nice place!

Beautiful house! We had a great time. The view to the creek and the balconies in each floor made our stay very relaxing. The house is just a perfect fit for families to enjoy town. The host was great and very responsive. Check in was easy, we had no problems. We highly recommend this property.

Loved balconies and decks and sitting outside. Not as many birds as we hoped for but I think Red Birds may have a @season " and this stay was not it. Very private and convenient to everything. Hope to return sometime.

Pensacola Stay

Place was clean and welcoming. Easy to get checked in. Lots of room and comfortable. My one and only problem we had is the garbage disposal did not work and the dishwasher was noisy along with the dryer. These items may need to be upgraded. My family made some great memories there.

Amazing Stay

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely home! The owner was incredibly sweet and impressively responsive to any questions I had, which made the experience even better. The house itself is beautiful—peacefully tucked away for a quiet, relaxing vibe, yet still in a fantastic location close to shops and everything you might need. The beds were super comfortable, and everything was clean and thoughtfully arranged. I would absolutely stay here again!

Family Christmas Trip

The house was beautiful. We enjoyed the back decks and the view of the creek. The large dining room table was a plus. Krystal (owner) was great. We want to thank her for the beautiful Christmas decorations. It made our Christmas stay even better!

Great space

Loved the scenery, wondering what the musty odor is when out on the balconies? Otherwise, fairly quiet except a dog that kept barking. Comfy beds. Host was responsive. It was a short stay as we were there for a funeral.

Moms and teens visiting a college

We were so happy at how close this house was to the college our teens were visiting. We loved having coffee on the deck. We found it to be very peaceful. The house was extremely clean and in a nice neighborhood. We hope to come back again!

Broken fridge and lack of communication

This one just didn’t work out like we hoped. The place was fairly clean on the surface, but it was obvious deep cleaning doesn’t happen very much, as there were kids toys hidden under the beds and behind furniture. The big issue, however was that the fridge was not working when we arrived. Though the freezer was fine, the fridge was far too warm. We contacted them and was told we would get a new one the next day. Being a VRBO this was all understandable. However, the owners were not open on communication, giving us no updates ont he fridge unless prompted first. We ended up being delivered a dirty fridge at about 8pm the next day, and they took out the original fridge, leaving us with no way to keep our stuff cold until the new one cooled down. After 12 hours, we realized that the ‘new one’ also didn’t cool anything down either. They did mention it was not a good day for them after we complained a second time, but leaving us with no option to keep our food cold, and the lack of communication up until we were fed up was a problem. We ended up leaving early, and they did give us a partial refund, so that was something. But overall, the house wasn’t our favorite and these problems were just too much.

Close to everything 😀

Great communication with property owner. We were able to check in early and she explained to my husband how to open the key box for the key haha. This would have been a five star if there was a way to sleep in but no way to sleep in with the lack of curtains or shades and the kids were up promptly at sunrise.

Convenient area. Clean and spacious.

Easy to find. Traffic wasn’t bad. It was close to everything we needed including airport. Quiet and serene neighborhood. 5 minutes to shopping and restaurants. 15 min to beaches. Lovely stay.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

I fell in love with this home while working in Pensacola at Sacred Heart Hospital. After a long day at work this house was the perfect place to relax and get away. The house feels secluded like you are up in the trees. I love to do yoga on the balcony or read a book from the swing over the creek. The BBQ area is amazing and fun to relax and feed the fish. The balcony in the master feels like you are in the middle of the trees. Its the perfect place to have coffee or some wine! I loved that it was a short drive to everything including the beach. There are tons of restaurants in the mile radius and two bookstores go to find a new read.
