One Bedroom Apartment with Private Entrance

We are opening up our one bedroom guesthouse. This is an attached one bedroom apartment with own entrance, private patio, your own AC, private full kitchen, private bedroom and bathroom. You will also find a dedicated workspace with high speed internet and in unit washer/dryer included. All utilities included.

You can find a fully stocked kitchen with full size stove, full size microwave, full size fridge, large living room with dedicated workspace with high speed internet. The bedroom has a queen bed, with all linens and towels provided for your stay. Private on suite bath. In unit washer/dryer free of charge.

You will feel right at home here! This is a luxury one bedroom suite with everything you would find in a high end hotel.

Could not have been better !

Dragan is an amazing host! The location was central to Mayo Clinic which was my reason of visit. The unit was accessible, clean, and well stocked on necessities. Definitely recommend staying here to anyone !

Cozy, quiet and great location.

This is a great place to stay, especially if you need to have easy access to Mayo Clinic. The arrangement is very cozy but perfect for two. The kitchen is well stocked with all utensils and cookware you need. They even provided an assortment of coffee and tea.

Super match for my needs!

Clean, quiet, and super comfortable! All the conveniences of home. The location was perfect for visiting my elderly mother who lives nearby in a retirement community. I hope to stay again the next time I visit.

Small apartment

This small apartment was perfect for me. It was close to all the soccer fields and easy access to all the highways. Owner was wonderful and very helpful. I would definitely rent from him again.

Nice, but not configured well for 2

The kitchen/living area was very nice and comfy, just as the pics show. Great neighborhood, loved the parking spot. The bedroom and bathroom were a challenge to negotiate for 2 people, as those spaces are very tiny and oddly configured. Good value.

Small, but very efficient & well-designed place

This little guesthouse/apt met our needs perfectly as I needed close access to Mayo Hospital. We were there for over 3 weeks, but the size was not a problem for us as we were both gone most of the day. Husband found the hiking in the area to be excellent. Everything is well-appointed, the kitchen is very efficient. We also enjoyed the small patio table. The host was very responsive, the neighborhood very quiet. We would definitely stay again.

Phoenix stay

Some dished were dirty, the kitchen floor and lint trap in the dryer hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. Not enough supplies in the kitchen - sufficient dishrags, small pots, flipper, Pyrex, measuring cups, measuring spoons, and the microwave and the washer sounded like they were on their last legs. For a months stay, and lots of cooking, the place was OK.

Excellent Hosts

Our host went above and beyond for us. I was doing cancer treatment and felt horrible and she made the bed and let me lie down early before check in while she cleaned so I could rest. Her act of kindness was above and beyond and incredibly appreciated.They will be replacing the microwave which will make heating up meals more convenient. It’s a small cozy place. The furniture and bed are comfortable and the air conditioner works great. The property is located conveniently close to Mayo Clinic.
