Une nouvelle et belle villa située sur un large canal avec Gulf Access dans le meilleur quartier de SW. Proche de tout - restaurants, marina et centres commerciaux. La nouvelle maison moderne et élégante dispose de 4 chambres - 1 Mastersuite, 2 chambres Queen et 1 chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux. 3,5 salles de bains vous offrent une belle intimité. La cuisine blanche avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en granit a tout pour plaire. La salle à manger en bois et cuir lavé pour 8 personnes ainsi que le salon avec canapés blancs et buffet avec une fausse cheminée et une immense télévision vous permettent de ressentir le luxe.
La zone extérieure est immense avec une véranda spacieuse, une immense piscine chauffée à l’eau de mer chauffée à l’électricité et un jacuzzi. Super endroit pour bronzer, barbecue et divertir. Une promenade de capitaine à votre propre quai de bateau. Vous aurez une vue imprenable sur le canal. Ici, vos rêves de vacances deviennent réalité.

I don't leave reviews often but WOW, what a nice place! Immaculate and so well appointed. Beautiful property. The lanai, pool and hot tub overlooking the canal was breathtaking and relaxing. The neighborhood was quiet and enjoyable. The home had so many more things than expected. A plentiful supply of beach chairs, a kitchen with spices and every utensil, pot/pan, etc., that you could possibly need. There were also had two box fans, a high chair and playpen if you needed it.Seigfried was a pleasure to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to book it again.

beautiful home

The house was beautiful & the beds very comfortable .. although the pool cover was destroyed during the hurricane we enjoyed our beautiful canal view Siegfried was extremely helpful & responded to our questions promptly Since we arrived late it was nice having the lights & tv on..we will be coming back

Spring vacation at Villa Rocky Beach

This was our second year staying at Villa Rocky Beach. Same as last year, we really enjoyed our month long stay. The home is well stocked. From kitchen utensils\pot and pans to bath and pool towels, the host really makes sure the home is well supplied.The pool and lanai are top notch. Spent most of our time outside enjoying the Florida weather. The property could use some interior paint touch-ups. Things you might expect from a rental property. That said, I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a SW Florida vacation.

A wonderful home

This property is beautiful and perfectly located. We had a wonderful visit. The pool and spa were wonderful. Loved the lights at night. A couple of comfy cushioned lounge chairs on the lanai would have been nice. We only used the master bedroom and it was comfortable, maybe needs a few new pillows. The bathroom is perfect. The home has almost everything you need. A couple of suggestions for additions.... bikes, beach chairs, beach towels, Keurig coffee pot, use of garage.

Beautiful home for family vacation

House is beautiful, clean, & in a nice neighborhood. Lanai is currently gone (hurricane damage), but that information was disclosed to us before arrival. Pool & hot tub are very nice. Issues: hot water was out for 2 days, chemicals in the pool seemed off, & communication with the property manager was hit & miss. Overall, this is a nice property, but we would not stay here again due to the lack of response from the property manager when we needed help.

We are sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with the property manager. We understand that you were not happy that the plumber did not come in the morning but only in the afternoon of the next day. With the problems we're having after the hurricane, I was glad the plumber came so quickly. The problem with the communication was that we received messages from different telephone numbers with no names or house addresses. This makes it difficult for us to find out who needs help. When checking in, however, I pointed out that you can call me at any time if you need help. We hope that your family's stay was still pleasant, since you were able to check in after breakfast on December 17th and you are able to enjoy the Florida sun for almost a whole day. Florida Home

The house was just as the description and pictures depicted. It was a beautiful, well equipped home, and the pool and lanai made our vacation so enjoyable. Being on a canal is absolutely picturesque. Our only complaint was the tiny ants in all the bathrooms. They became a bit of a nuisance. I sprayed the bathrooms, but there were still some around.The ants wouldn’t stop me from staying on this beautiful property, but I may check that a professional sprayed for the ants prior to my stay.

Lovely Christmas break with Family

This is the nicest property my family and I have ever stayed in in Cape Coral. While we have been coming for Christmas for the last 10 years, we had been using a different management company & just didn’t have as carefree as a trip. The lovely people taking care of this home went grocery shopping on Christmas Eve when my family (3 young children) were stuck at the airport on Christmas Eve until after midnight. The house is lovely & had all of the amenities that we wanted. A beautiful hot tub and pool that came with a solar cover so it stayed heated at night when we weren’t using it. The location was beautiful too, and we went on 2x a day walks/jogs around the neighborhood. Thank you for a lovely week.

Great property - desperately needs maintenance

This property is beautiful… but it’s woefully in need of maintenance. Pool and hot tub heater not in service. Dishwasher doesn’t wash dishes. No propane on property for the BBQ. Ants all over the house. Black mold on the refrigerator water dispenser. I could go on… but, the house have beautiful views. We did get a small refund over these issues, but it ruined the weekend experience. We live locally and we rented this for my parents.

Villa Rocky....gutes Haus aber auf den zweiten Blick einiges zu verbessern

Auf den ersten Blick tolles Haus...wenn man genauer hinschaut muss, wenn man in der Preisklasse vermietet, einiges verändert werden. Zum ankommen alles super vorbereitet, erster Eindruck toll..Ansprechpartner H. Fuchs gut erreichbar und kommunikativ.Auf dem zweiten Blick muss dort doch einiges verändert werden um in dieser Preisklasse anzubieten...da erwarte ich mehr...Küche....Haus für 8 Personen, Besteck aber teilweise nur für 6 Personen vorhanden, Geschirrspüler macht null sauber...der muss unbedingt ersetzt werden!Pool...nach dem Hurrikan wurde ein neuer Screen aufgebaut..das Problem war das es keine Reinigung gab, im Poolbereich lagen Schrauben herum, Metallspäne ohne Ende im Barfussbreich..geht überhaupt nicht! Der Pool wurde nicht ein einziges mal in 3 Wochen geeinigt, da niemand vom Poolservice erschienen ist..bei Ankunft lagen noch Haarbänder von Vorgängern im Pool...unhaltbarGarage...nicht nutzbar...dort stand das Fahrzeug der Besitzer..ich miete ein Haus inclusive Garage, jetzt im Winter eher unkritisch, im Sommer erwartet ich die Nutzungsmöglichkeit!Strandutensilien... 8 Personen Haus aber nur 4 Starndstühle vorhanden...2 Sonnenschirme da aber entsorgungswürdig...Betten....sehr weiche Betten (Geschmacksache) ABER die Matratzen komplett durchgelegen unbedingt zu ersetzen...Tiere..wie beschrieben gibt es ein Ameisenproblem..überall lagen Köderfallen, netter Herr der Pest Control war sofort da, aber man sollte am Problem arbeiten!erneute Buchung eher nicht!

Beautiful relaxing home

From all the places we’ve stayed, this home was one of my family’s favorites. With four adults, we struggle to find places that have enough bedrooms and bathrooms. This home was perfect for us. The amenities added to a relaxing atmosphere where we rarely wanted to leave. Siegfried is very helpful and ready with wisecracks to make you feel like friends and not just tenants. We would definitely return here.

Great House

Beautiful view! Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. Played in the pool all day and hot tubbed at night. It’s a decent drive to any big beach was really the only downfall. The place was stocked with everything needed in the kitchen and even had spices and some cooking ingredients which is rare these days in vacation rentals. Lots of towels. Pool toys and excellent pool chairs.

Nice open Florida home. Pool was warm and clean, Kids loved the hot tub even in July, I liked it first thing in the morning. Good location, have friends in Cape Coral, we were easy access to everything.

Great place!

Beautiful pool house, very clean and plenty of space. Great experience working with Sigfreid all around. We all spent plenty of time in the pool and the location is close to everything.
