Il s'agit certainement de la piscine la plus unique que vous ayez jamais vue et vous pouvez maintenant en faire l'expérience pendant vos vacances. Le bain à remous est dans une grotte (style parc Disney) et la cascade provenant du haut de cette grotte est alimentée par deux pompes de 2,5 HP. La terrasse / terrasse de la piscine est idéale pour se détendre, elle s'étend sur toute la largeur de la maison -80 '' et la zone couverte est
77 'X 10' et la piscine mesure 43 'de long. Plan d'étage divisé, Master vers l'ouest, 1 chambre vers le nord et l'autre vers l'est. Cette maison offre un véritable immense salon avec une porte coulissante de 45 'de large vers la piscine afin que vous puissiez profiter de la vue magnifique toute la journée. La maison est située à la fin d'un cul-de-sac et donc votre détente au moment le plus précieux de l'année, vos vacances, est assurée.
En raison de son emplacement si proche de la rivière Caloosahatchee, il y a toutes sortes de poissons directement à la maison, les dauphins le savent et viennent souvent très près de la maison.

Il y a aussi un quai et le gestionnaire immobilier possède et exploite une société de location de bateaux, alors posez-moi des questions sur les options de location de bateaux et je serai plus qu'heureux de vous aider. Villa Lagoona est l'endroit idéal pour amarrer un bateau car il ne prend que 2 minutes à la rivière Caloosahatchee, vous n'avez pas à voyager à travers des canaux sans fin, des écluses ou des ponts. Great location and beautiful home. The pictures didn’t do the home justice, we were even more impressed when we got there. We fished from the dock every night and caught loads of small snappers, trout, and catfish. Having a garage that the guests can use is huge for us and was definitely a bonus.

Great Place

We really enjoyed every aspect of this place. The pool and grotto are the highlights. I have never seen a better one in all of the years we have been coming to Cape Coral. The house and canal are amazing as well. The property manager Manfred, and the host Kurt were ver helpful and responsive. We will for sure be booking again in the future.

The pool are a is amazing. The pool area is roomy, protected from heavy winds, and quiet. The shower in the grotto area was enjoyed by all. Be aware that the only guest bath is pool access only.Kurt the manager are exlent

Perfect Family Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay! The resort style pool and spa area were even better than we had imagined! The location was perfect as we enjoyed sunsets from the pool area each day. The dock worked out nicely for the boat we rented. We enjoyed riding around the area on the bikes provided. The house was clean and very spacious for our family. We cannot wait to return!

Heavenly stay

This was our second year in a row at this villa! We absolutely love it!! The canal fishing was incredible this year! The only complaint i have is vacation goes to fast!!!

A beautiful home and an amazing back yard and pool. Our host was there right away to show us how to operate all the updated technology here. An amazing vacation and we all highly recommend staying here. Can’t wait to return!

Property and location are great…..the pool was 75 degrees and took several days to get to a tolerable 87 degrees.

Amazing pool

We stayed a week and hardly left the house! The pool is incredible! The kids never got tired of it and the adults loved the hot tub. Fishing off the pier was so much fun. Management is great! Explained everything and offered suggestions on how to conserve power. House had everything we needed, didn’t need to get anything to make the stay better. Would absolutely stay again!

Third Trip Out to this Amazing House!

This is the third time our family has rented this home in Cape Coral and it's still one of our favorite vacation spots! First and foremost, you can't beat the unique pool - we spend most of our time at home, enjoying the outdoor living space. The location is great to head to great local restaurants and beaches. Communication with the owner and manager is excellent and we would definitely come back for another visit!

Very roomy inside and out. Everything was new because of the hurricane. This place is beautiful. Loved the outdoor shower in the grotto! It’s surprising what mischief two old folks can get into in this wonderful pool area. You have your own private water park!

Christmas holiday vacation

This was our first vacation that we've taken over the Christmas holiday. We'll definitely be interested in returning during this time again and possibly in the middle of the year. Manfred is the best you can find. He was very accommodating when he was needed. The home exceeded our expectations. Hopefully next time we can take advantage of one of Manfred's boat rentals.

Fun Pool

My son and I have a blast swimming in the pool, sitting in the hot tub, and fishing off of the dock! Lots of little touches everywhere -- room to play, eat, cook, and just have fun. The house is clean with everything you need. We only left the house once to go to the beach and decided the house was better! I highly recommend, especially if you have children.

Beautiful House

This house is amazing, very clean and up kept. The lay out of the house is very roomy. Beautifully decorated. The lanai area is stunning. The pool area is gorgeous, plenty of seating, the pool is beautiful and cannot say enough about the hot tub in the grotto. We rented a boat and was able to dock it right there. Would recommend this house to anyone. Looking forward to renting it again. We had a blast. Thank you Kurt for allowing us to enjoy a little piece of paradise.

Tropical Paradise!

Omg! The pool photo sold us the moment we seen it! It was beyond spectacular! The house was roomy and decorated with the perfect Florida feel! We enjoyed early morning swims and then going out touring Cape Coral neighborhoods, before returning for a lovely cookout on the beautiful screened lanai! The pool, grotto and waterfall were lit by colorful lights that made our evening swims so relaxing and enjoyable! What a wonderful, yet affordable, tropical getaway!

Beautiful home, incredible vistas!

The home and surrounding property were both unique and exquisite. The home was spotless and had virtually everything we could possibly need or want. If I had one criticism, it would be that we should have been notified that there would be an additional charge for the electricity used, but it was a small amount and not a major concern. Hope to return in the future!

Fantastic Return Trip!

After renting this property 3 years ago, it was the 1st choice for our family when we talked about where we would go after having to take a break from traveling the last couple of years. It did not disappoint! It is so nice to have the private pool and hot tub, being right on the water And so close to so many different things to do in sea in Fort Myers, Naples, and Cape Coral. We had such a great time that we decided while we were there to go ahead and book again for next summer! Also the management and communication from the property owner is amazing, all of our questions were answered promptly. We would highly recommend this property fproperty for a very relaxing relaxing family vacation!
