Excellent location and overall a wonderful stay! The house was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out, which made our time there very enjoyable. The only minor detail we didn’t expect was that the bunk bed room did not have doors, but everything else was good.

We really enjoyed the space it was nice but when we checked in we felt like the main bathroom could have been cleaned better and the master bed sheets had hair on them and crumbs we did clean it up ourselves other than that great house great stay thank you

Great location

We enjoyed our stay to celebrate my graduation, It was an amazing weekend with family, Tons of space to host a large family!! Host is very communicative and will listen/address any issues that are noted. Highly recommend this home and make sure you take the drive out to Anna Maria island, soo beautiful!

The location of this property is ideal if you are looking to visit Anna Maria Island daily. The property is spacious, well-located, has ample parking, and has comfortable beds. We arrived on a very hot day and noticed that the air conditioning system didn't cool the back rooms properly, so we had to use some fans we found on-site. After a couple of days, we noticed an intermittent sewage smell coming from one of the bathrooms; apparently, the house needs some repairs with its sewage system. The host was always available and very helpful. Overall, we had a good experience and had a great time.

Monet, beautiful from a distance but a mess up close.

The decor was lovely, the rooms and outside area looked just like what it showed in the ad. Very close to the beaches not walking distance but a 5-10 min drive with out traffic. About 30-45 minutes with traffic. Holiday weekend there was always traffic. The hosts left pleny of beach towels and puzzles in case of rain. We brought other games but the rocks outside made most impossible to play without injury. The master bedroom was lovely, but the local principality apparently used sulfur in the sewer system, so the back bedrooms stunk the entire time we were there. Even though it's a beach vibe don't wear sandals. Small hard rocks surround the house and always find a way into your shoes and into the house. The soft sand near the reclining chairs was nice, but you had to cross the hard rocks to get there. Two of the beds were air mattresses! WTH. All the rooms had tv's and electric fans but they did not all have remotes to control them. So some guests could not turn their ceiling fans on. It's July o.O Unfortunately my husband felt the need to start cleaning as soon as we got there. He felt the bar counter O.O Overall great look but it didn't deliver 😕.

We were very sorry to read this review… for one, we do not own any air mattresses. Perhaps you’re referring to our $2,500 sleep number bed? Most of what you mentioned here are either completely out of our control and/or clearly shown in photos (the rocks). Truly disheartening to work so hard for our guests just to receive such a low review…

We absolutely loved this location. It was close to Ana Maria island - we rented bikes and rode to the island. There were plenty of beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach toys in the house that made our trips to the beach more enjoyable. Lots of bedrooms for our whole family to stretch out.

First entrance into the home was beautiful, but after being there for an hour, realized there were ants everywhere inside the home especially inside the showers. There was no "spa" as described in the listing. Home should have been cleaned better, had to scrape down and clean the grill as it was caked with prior cooked food. It was close to anna maria beach so that was a plus!

WATSON WEDDING PARTY

THE PARTY ENJOYED THEIR STAY AND THEY HAD PLENTY OF ROOM, PLENTY OF SPACE, AND GREAT ENTERTAINMENT OUTSIDE EVEN THOUGH A HURRICANE CAME BLASTING THROUGH A WEEK EARLIER. KALISON WAS GREAT WITH COMMUNICATION ON ANY ISSUES AS WELL AS LETTING US GO IN EARLY TO FILL THE BOTH REFRIGERATORS WITH FOOD AND DRINKS. YOU HAVE A VERY NICE PLACE.

Girls trip!!

Me and my friends stayed here for about a week and absolutely loved it! Kalison was so amazing and helped with everything we needed, she gave me tons of recommendations and was the sweetest! Loved chatting with her! There was a couple of hiccups and the rental could use some need slight updates in certain areas but nothing to interfere with the trip. The beach is beautiful I come here every year and I’m so glad I picked this rental this year I really hope to be back!!! We were about 15 away from everything. Backyard is so pretty and rooms are so cute!!!

Awesome vacation/wedding weekend

Nice large house with plenty of sleeping arrangements. Short distance from all attractions (the beach) and shopping for supplies!! It accommodated all of us for a couple of large cookouts and dinners! The back yard was like the beach itself!!! Would really like to come back again. Super great place!!! Had an amazing time!!!!!

Wonderful Wedding Weekend

I rented the place for my family from Germany and myself to attend a wedding and the place was wonderful. It looked exactly like the pictures and was very clean. It was easy to get to the venue and it was great to relax in between the activities. Close to the beach too. I would stay there again! Thanks for having us!!!
