Everything was beyond perfect! Howard was more than accommodating for me and my family. Responsive and considerate. The house was just perfect and cozy. I don’t have a single negative thing to say about it!

Quiet and friendly neighborhood

Comfortable place to stay while visiting MD Anderson. The owner is very responsive. It worked perfectly for us.

Medical visit

We stayed five weeks. The host was very timely and cordial with any questions we had. The pool was wonderful for our 7 year old granddaughter. We walked through the neighborhood almost every day, it was very peaceful and the neighbors are very friendly.

PERFECT FOR OUR STAY IN HOUSTON

My son and I rented this wonderful home for our six-week stay in Houston. My son was in treatment at MD Anderson (which I am pleased to say was very successful). The house was very comfortable and cozy with everything we needed for our stay. The backyard and heated pool were fantastic! Howard the host, was great. He was very quick to respond to any questions we had and very pleasant to work with. The neighborhood is nice and we felt very safe. The location was perfect, about 15 minutes away to the medical center, close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. I will definitely be staying at this lovely home away from home again. Needs lots of work

TVs were excellent. Outside area was terrible. Mildew on all doors and windows, unkept yard and leaves everywhere. Terrible outdoor area. Outdoor furniture old and mildew on all cushions. Inside lacking basic necessities. Very few kitchen necessities. Just a few nasty towels, washcloths for whole house. Terrible lighting and generally unattractive.

Exactly what I needed

We rented this property for a month while I was in clinical trials at MDAnderson. Our host Howard could not do enough to make sure we were comfortable! The house was spacious and clean with many extra special touches. It was wonderful to set up the front room entirely for mine and my husbands' offices. The pool was amazing. It kept me moving which is important when you are having any kind of treatment. I swam every day! The area was safe and conveniently located to get anywhere with ease. I almost don't want to rate so I know it's available anytime I need it! Lol I don't want it too popular! 😅 Thank you Howard. Your home was exactly what we needed. I feel like we are part of the family!

We just have had the new pool heater installed, both pool and spa can be heated and temperature controlled now. So both pool and spa can be enjoyed at all seasons and all weathers.
