My family had a great stay! The location was great and the master bedroom was perfect for my mom who stayed with our family but had privacy.

Perfect location and perfect layout for a family

We had a great stay for a holiday weekend. The location is great on the far end of the boardwalk that isn’t as busy, but still convenient to the shops and restaurants. The layout of the condo is perfect for a family. Check in and out was simple and seamless. Great stay, we would Stay here again!

Perfect Family Getaway

My family had a great stay at this property. You really can’t get closer to the boardwalk than this location. It is on the second and third floor so there are a lot of stairs, but that wasn’t a problem for us. Inside everything was modern and clean so we were happy. No complaints and we would definitely stay again!

Sixteen Birthday

The apartment was clean and roomy. It was easy to reach management for any questions. The apartment was large enough for the 7 HS seniors to bond and enjoy the beach. Access to beach was close. The garage is a bit tight for SUVs and definitely would not park an oversize SUV in garage. But great experience.

Property is misrepresented in description by owner. In no world is this luxurious. Couch is filthy. Dining table is damaged and looks terrible. No outdoor house or water spigot. Outdoor shower was unusable as it was filled with grass, dirt and was missing water head. Ants present in property. Outdoor furniture was filthy. Water damage to trim in small bathroom. Dishware especially cups in very poor condition. Safety concerns with a window that leads from primary bedroom to kitchen. Contacted owner who just never responded to these complaints.

Horrible and not new as advertised

Horrible!Our family (me, my husband, our two adult sons, one with a wife and two kids) take a vacation every year in May. Usually around Memorial Day.This year the married son and his family could not go on the trip we had planned, so we decided to take a quick weekend trip in OC. It’s close by and we’ve been there before.I like nice houses with nice finishes and I’m willing to pay for it. The previous rental had been sold and so was no longer available for rent.This house was advertised as ‘newly constructed ’. The pictures show a new kitchen and the pictures of the furniture looked great. The house was on the beach block, so I expected to pay a premium. It is only a block to the beach.The price per night is high. However, it was not newly constructed. In fact, I looked up the history and found that it was built in 1920. The kitchen is updated but nothing else. Kitchen/living room floor is dated. The sofa so badly stained, I covered it with spare blankets to feel comfortable sitting on it. The dining room table badly scratched.We had the second floor unit. We’ve done that before. However, it was two flights of stairs to get to the main level. Worse, the master bedroom was another flight of stairs. My husband and I got our steps in that weekend. I made the host aware of the issues I had with the house. I expected new construction and for the nightly price, nice furnishings. Don’t fall for this scam. The house is not new.

Family weekend in Ocean City

This Ocean City property had several pros and cons. In terms of it’s pros, the property is newly renovated and the location and proximity to the Boardwalk is amazing! It was also spacious and had 3 full bathrooms for 4 rooms. The primary bedroom has a lot of privacy. In terms of the cons, for a property as expensive as this one was I was shocked to see what poor condition a lot of the furniture was in. The living room couch was so stained and looked so dirty that we did not want to sit on it. The walls of the primary bedroom also had patches all over them and were not repainted. The dining room table was completely scratched up. This is for a property that was described as luxurious. The host was also very inflexible and would not even let us check in 15 minutes early even though the cleaning crew had finished and left, and we told her that we had food in our car that needed refrigeration. And yet we were asked to start the dishwasher and the laundry of sheets and towels to facilitate the arrival of the next guests. She also responded to questions inconsistently. For example, I reached out with a question ahead of time and asked the bed sizes in each room so that I could assign bedrooms in advance- and I never heard back.
