Superbe unité de 5 chambres au 2e étage, au cœur de la Gold Coast

Élégamment décoré, grand, 5 chambres, 3 salles de bain condo bloc de plage au 2ème étage pouvant accueillir 12. Il est à quelques pas de la promenade et des belles plages. Il a une immense cuisine ouverte et moderne avec îlot en granit et un grand salon et salle à manger avec des plafonds voûtés. Il y a une grande suite parentale avec lit king size, cheminée, bain à remous et balcon. Il y a 2 chambres avec lits queen, une avec deux lits jumeaux et une avec deux ensembles de lits superposés. De plus, il y a 3 salles de bain complètes et une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur. Un pont à l'avant vous permet de vous détendre et de profiter du soleil car il ne brille qu'à Ocean City !!!

The facility was exactly as described and better. It was even larger than it seems in the pictures. The owner communicated really well and the whole process was a piece of cake. It is literally less than a block from an entrance to the beach. Couldn't ask for a more perfect location. We will be back.

Beautiful home for groups

This spotless home is in the perfect location in Ocean City, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The layout works so well for groups, with plenty of sleeping spaces and a well-laid out common area. Looking forward to our next visit!

Wonderful week in the OC

Perfect location. Close enough to everything. Short walk to the beach with lifeguarded beaches close by if you want them. The house was nice and clean and overall it was a wonderful stay.

Beautiful Home

This home was gorgeous! Well decorated and furnished beautifully. The kitchen was well stocked and the rooms were good sizes. Excellent location and reasonably priced. Just wish there had been an elevator! Carrying suitcases to the top floor for 10 people was tough!

There were 5 ladies in our group. The house was great! Beds were very comfortable for all. We lucked with weather. We enjoyed a beautiful stay going to the beach soaking up the sunshine and gorgeous skyline over the ocean. Very peaceful

Great location, beautiful and comfortable home

We had a great time with our family (all adults) over Memorial Day weekend, and found the third floor to have lots of natural light, comfortable beds, and a spacious area to gather for meals and games. The deck was lovely and a great place to watch the sun set. Having 3 bathrooms was very convenient. Kitchen was well stocked with plates and all essentials. The boardwalk and beach were just a quick walk away. There were beach chairs, a bike, and umbrella for use in the garage. There were quite a few stairs, but they are indoors with banisters on both sides, so not bad to manage. Highly recommend this pretty home.

Great house and location

Had to contact owner during check in because the house was not as clean as anticipated or expected. Owner was quick to respond and immediately sent the cleaning crew back to the house within 30 minutes of contact. House was thoroughly cleaned when we returned the 2nd time. The house and location are excellent. We had a great mini vacation and would rent again. Highly recommended.

Nice property and good location. Place was clean and contact with property manager was positive. Some items of note, a lot of steps to get to apt with no elevator. Was ok for my family but others that have challenges climbing steps should be aware. Beds are ok. The master bedroom bed is very creaky every time you move and same with another bed. Shower door in master bedroom needs some TLC. Broken chair on balcony. Overall, positive experience but unfortunately we had terrible weather.

Perfect for a big family

Our family included 6 adults and 5 children, and we all had a bed to sleep in and chair at mealtimes. That can be hard to find for such a big group! The location of the house is wonderful––a short walk to the beach and boardwalk, near CVS, Boyer's Market and Johnny B Goode's ice cream shop. We loved being able to take a quick trip back to house from the beach for lunch or a bathroom break. Keep in mind beach tags are still required at 17th Street, but the benefit is that's a guarded beach.

Wonderful home steps from the beach

We had a fantastic trip to Ocean City and this house was exactly what we were hoping for. It is even closer to the beach than we thought just a 30 second walk where our kids didn't even have to cross the street. The beach is great with lifeguards and only a small crowd. It is a couple blocks from the heart of the commercial boardwalk which we liked since it is quieter. The house itself is the top unit of a two family home and it is huge. We slept 9 and had room for a few more. Great kitchen. We'd come again.
