Property was great for the price. Location was great as well. Everything was clean and tidy. Pool is pretty deep as listed but limits pool usage to shorter 3rd of the pool.

We shared this home with two other families and nine kids between us. The space downstairs was perfect for them all to sleep and hang out. The pool was wonderful for entertaining everyone in our own area. We were caught a little off guard by the pool being cleaned without a prior heads up; however, I was thankful to have it being maintained. The beds and AC were great!

Pool was good, house has enough space looked like they were remodeling their was remodeling stuff In cabinets under stairs their was many cans of paint. It'snot to equipped with kitchen stuff. No cutting board. No Tupperware. If u go bbe prepared to take ur own stuff if cooking. They did have a few pot pans. But I rent every year a beach house and the minute you go in u can smell a clean beach house. This house smelled like mildew like wet at least put some kind of plugins. No mop. It's a good beach house but needs a little work. And couldn't leave no food in counters everything had to put in the fridge their is an ant problem. In the kitchen

Love This Place

My family and I had an awesome time at this place! The house is beautiful and very clean! Kids loved the game room and pool. It's also conveniently located to tons of fun bars and restaurants. We're definitely looking forward to staying here again soon!

A hidden gem !!!

Stayed four days and three nights at this hidden gem, just a few blocks from the beach- my stay was relaxing and restful. I thoroughly enjoyed the pool during the day and the ocean air and atmosphere on the balcony at night. I would say this is the best vacation I have had in many years- host was quick to respond back when I had a question- AMAZING TIME HAD.

perfectly located and nice cozy place

Property was as shown in the pictures. Needed help with a couple of things on the property but spi rental guy and maintenance guys were quick to respond and help us out. If the weather would have been a little better, it would have been a perfect trip. Overall nice place to stay.

Me and my wife had an amazing time here. The house is obviously well kept and the pool is absolutely amazing. It's right by the beach, the neighborhood is quiet, and everything we needed and more was provided. Also if you are looking for a nice place to eat we loved black beards! We will back here again soon.

Best Rental in SPI

This was my first time in South Padre and the house was amazing and clean and ready for us when we got there! The game room was by far my favorite place in the house! And its located on a quiet street and has the best sunset view at the end of the street which is just a short walk and right on the water! Will definitely be back next time I visit SPI.

We had a great time, home is very spacious. Kids enjoyed the pool and everything was great. Does need to upgrade the grill. But we made use of it.
