Cette maison est une propriété incroyable pour passer vos vacances sur South Padre Island! L'emplacement de ce 4 chambres / 2. Maison de ville avec 5 salles de bain est parfaite, à seulement 1/2 pùté de maisons de la plage! Les plages de sable blanc de South Padre sont littéralement à 2-3 minutes dans la rue de cette propriété. Cette maison de ville dispose d'une cuisine, d'un coin repas et d'un coin salon en bas. Le salon mÚne à une piscine privée qui est une taille idéale pour prendre un bain et se rafraßchir par temps tropical de notre ßle. Les quatre chambres sont spacieuses et offrent suffisamment d'espace pour que les clients soient à l'aise et se détendent! L'intérieur de cette propriété est joliment rénové et trÚs bien entretenu! Le mobilier est de grande qualité et a une belle ambiance cÎtiÚre! La maison peut accueillir jusqu'à 12 personnes!

The house was ok, nowhere near as “perfect” as advertised. Pool heater kept tripping the breaker. Front door latch was sticking open so would not stay shut. I don’t think any of the games on site have all the pieces to be able to play or use. Even the corn hole game has no bean bags. Location was nice. Place was in ok condition. Not what I was expecting for the money spent. It should have been nicer.

Family had a great time. Great location and property was nice and accurate with listing. Pool could use some work, needs replastering, and couldn’t find if it had a pool light, but was nice to relax in. Despite that, I’d definitely stay here again.

We had a great time. The house had all the room we needed and more. The pool was a big hit with r grandson. We notice a sign about a umbrella but there was not one and no shade cover; looks like it was taken down. One thing, the dryer seems to be losing its heating element and might need to be looked at. Hangers for the master bedroom would be nice. We would still book again next summer if available.

GREAT LOCATION

We went down to recharge for the final push before summer. The kids loved it. We are very close to the beach access and the pool was great. Would go back for sure.

Highly recommend this property

Great place to stay, clean and pool was very easy to use (no complicated instructions on how to setup/run heater). Super easy access to the beach and SPI was extremely attentive — we had an issue with the wifi - power was unplugged - and they sent someone over within 30 minutes! (we already resolved it when the maint arrived, but were impressed with how fast their response was). Highly recommend this property.

We loved SPI!! Will definitely return in warmer weather!! The VRBO was spacious, but could use a deep, thorough cleaning. We were grateful that the pool was heated because the weather was unseasonably cold!! We had great food everywhere we went, and made some wonderful memories!

The condo was great, very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The outside seating was in poor condition and there was not enough seating. The kitchen lacked in pans and cooking utensils. If you plan to do a lot of cooking while on your trip I would bring items you are wanting to use.

Family Christmas gift trip

We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the home. Floors were filthy and dishes in the cabinets were dirty. We had nothing to clean it with as far as a rag or cleaning supplies. We had no decent pan to cook in and most items that were there were old or broken. We did not have enough towels to bath and clearly not enough toilet paper or paper towels for the house. Nobody wants to start off the vacation with having to go get all of these items when renting a house. They had games in the garage like bag toss but no bags to go with it. Everything was half there. Super disappointed in this choice. I am going to do a google review on this and go to the VRBO site to do an additional review. Unacceptable as a VRBO in my opinion. The pool was also filthy dirty. It is no good to advertise a pool that is not okay to swim in. Showers were dirty and bathroom floors had to be cleaned before I could let people use them. The dryer also didn’t work so washing the towels so more people could shower didn’t work either. Not a good experience for our family at all!!

Good but not Great...

Our family has vacationed, every year, in South Padre for the last 40 years. Now, I take my own children. Our extended family, as well as my own family, stayed at this property exactly 5 years ago. Back then, it was rented through the owner and not a rental company. Well, we could definitely tell the difference. The property, back then, was much cleaner, much more comfortable, kitchen was much more well stocked and so much more. I could go on and on. Don't get me wrong, it was a decent stay but I defintely would not return to book this property. The sheets were of very poor quality. The bedspread felt like it hadn't been washed in some of the rooms, the kitchen had other people's leftover spices, opened syrups, pancake mixes, which we thought was gross. I know I wouldn't want to use and/or serve a stranger's opened food to my family. We basically brought our own. The AC was an issue from day one. Upstairs, it was so terribly hot and stuffy. We couldn't touch the thermostat to a certain degree or else it would freeze. Thank goodness we brought our own fan. The blender was horrific, we had to ask for a new one. No drawer space or closet space in the 3rd floor. Our family had to live out of a suitcase. Pool was small and the whole week we were there, we never saw anyone come to clean it. Couches need to be cleaned. They are VERY well worn down and could use replacing. Overall, it was a short walk to the beach which is what we loved the most. Thank you for a decent stay, it just was a ton better when the owner oversaw it.

Sibling reunion

Overall.. very nice. Patio chair cushions could be replaced. It was nice to have a beach sun shade and would like to have a few basics 
 coffee filters and beach towels.
