Very clean. We mostly had the pool to putselves. There are two beach access sites near the house. We had a great time with our family. Very relaxing.

Loved our stay at this townhome!!

Our stay included 6 family members and we all enjoyed having plenty of lovely space to be together as well as beautiful bedrooms. Danny, the owner, was always available and helpful. It was a quick walk to the beach with views from our balconies as well. Overall, we loved it and will definitely consider staying here again next year if it's available.

Very clean! Lovely beach

The property was VERY CLEAN, and I am someone who is very picky about cleanliness. The kids (and my 67-year-old father) loved taking the elevator. Very close to the beach. When you are crossing the main road, there is an unofficial beach trail past a concrete parking slab, we saw a lot of people using it, and used it ourselves. There are also two official beach accesses just a little further, in either direction. Because there is no public parking nearby, the beach never got too crowded. Not too far of a drive from activities in PCB, close to grocery stores in the other direction. The gated community made for a very quiet street, which my kids loved to play on. The community pool was nice, and we didn't see anybody else using it while we were there. The listing pictures and description were very accurate. Everything was in good condition. Really, the only problem was the internet, which is only a problem if you absolutely need a fast, reliable connection for Zoom meetings (in which case, you might want to find a place with a hardwired connection instead of T-Mobile), but I'm sure 99% of guests will find the internet connection satisfactory for watching TV/movies/internet.

The property was in a great, quiet community super close to the beach. Plenty of room and all the essentials. Would definitely stay again.

Great location

The townhome was easy to find, and we had no issues getting access into the home. Having an elevator there was a nice surprise, we used it mainly for the luggage and supplies. The townhome layout was good, and the place was really clean, and the beds were comfortable. The only issue we really had was the internet did not seem to have enough bandwidth to run the TV, the picture kept freezing up on the TV.

Great beach house

This is a great property in a nice little gated community. The walk to the beach was easy. The house is very spacious & was perfect for what we needed.

June 25-July 2, 2022

Stayed at property the last week of June while my son played in baseball tournament in PCB. Property is very convenient to beach (access is couple minute walk) and also to back beach road which allows you to easily get around PCB without having to deal with front beach road traffic. Layout of property is a little odd; 4 floors with not a lot of room in kitchen or family room for large group, however there are some beach views from 3rd and 4th floor. Clean and good communication with owner.
