Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you want a quiet neighborhood to chill, maybe enjoy the place you're at in a quiet Bend neighborhood; this is your spot. The kitchen was well equipped with more than what we expected - and we like to cook. It was super clean, good light, nice beds what more could you want?

A Beautiful Home, Fantastic Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely stay with two couples in this home. It was well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals at home, and located in a fantastic location, an easy walk to the Deschutes River Trail and a short drive to Old Mill and downtown Bend.

Nice Stay!

The house was very cozy, clean, and comfortable beds. The neighborhood was very nice, the bikes worked great. I would recommend the home to family, check in was easy and as expected!

Nice house, great location.

We stayed here on a recent mountain biking trip. The location is close to town, the house is a nice place to hang out, the garage was great for storing bikes, and chilling on the back deck was perfect.

Spring break weekend

We had a lovely stay at the Quail’s nest for a short spring break weekend. Our son loved the Pacman machine! We enjoyed being so close to the river trails. The home had everything we needed and was very clean.

4 adults 4 kids 12-15 stayed for a long weekend. Great location. House was clean and as described. Kids enjoyed PacMan, adults the patio. Highly recommended and would stay again.

Perfect location, cozy home.

My family joined my husband, 8 month old, and me on a trip to Bend for a 1/2 marathon and this was the perfect place for us to stay! Plenty of space, amazing location, and very comfortable set up. We really appreciated the fun local decor sprinkled throughout the house that all had a story. Very nice stay!

This was my far the best experience of a short term rental we have had from start to finish. Excellent communication with the property manager and well stocked unit with all the amenities you expect PLUS a welcome bottle of wine! Lovely.

Perfect launch point for all Bend has to offer!

The Quails nest was a lovely home that provided all we needed for our weekend at the Fairwell Festival in Redmond. The location was nice and quiet and the home was very quaint, comfortable. All the details and artistic touches were enjoyed.

Wonderful comfortable stay

We had a lovely stay in Bend! The home had everything we needed and more. The kids were delighted with the toys, books and PacMan! The adults really appreciated the comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen and all the attention to detail. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet and nice to walk around. This will be our go-to rental for our family visits to Bend!

4th of July weekend

Nice property. Good as a home base for floating down the river and enjoying Bend, but nice enough to hang out on the deck or in the living room. Great neighborhood with 4th of July activities and easy access to canal trails.
