The house features an awesome outdoor fun fenced courtyard, outdoor shower, ceiling fans in each room and plenty of room for the entire family.

Activities: Access to Sound View Beach, Free outdoor concerts, kid's crafts & carousel, bingo, movie night, pavilion & night club, Florence Griswold Museum, Goose Island, Connecticut impressionist art trail, sculpture grounds, Soundview Brewing Company, Bell 8 charters, Kokomo's restaurant and beach bar.

Winery and Brewery tours available - Tour includes a visit to three to five wineries or breweries of your choice in Middlesex and New Haven Counties in a luxury passenger vehicle with driver.

Offshore activities - Day and sunset charters to Newport, Montauk, Sag Harbor, Block Island, Duck Island, Greenport, etc. Speed boat rentals and thrill rides and waterskiing and tubing.

5 Miles to Big Y supermarket.

In addition, this property comes with plenty of off street parking and is conveniently located near Mystic Aquarium, Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun Gaming Resorts, Clinton Crossing Premium Outlets, Clinton Antiques Center and Chamard Vineyards.

Available for Academic winter rental as well as summer - weekly, monthly, and seasonal rentals.

Beach chairs, towels, linens, pillows, blankets, cleaning products, bathroom tissue, paper towels and dishwasher pods are included in the rental.

Summer season begins on May 14th and ends on September 30th. Rentals during this period have a 1 week minimum requirement and begin on Friday. We do allow shorter than 7 day rentals but not at the posted rate. Long term rentals are available from October to May at a discounted rate. Rates posted are for short term winter rentals. Please contact us for long term rental rates and summer midweek rental rates under 1 week for information.

Superb Property!

What a fantastic stay. he home was beautiful and modern with new furnishings. The host was great and responsive to our needs. There was tons of stuff to do and the host also had a list of activities that he offers. Book this property it's worth it.

July 4th vacation

Gorgeous remodeled property short walk to beach with fully equipped kitchen for a comfortable stay! Highly recommended this rental property, and Donnie was very responsive to inquiries about private beach access. Paid Parking for extra vehicle is across street and pricing can be high on a holiday week.

Not the best stay

The property manager reached out to me after I booked online ( but before my booking was confirmed) to increase the nightly fee, because we weren’t staying a week. As this was a last minute stay, I didn’t have time to procure another booking, but I thought this was a shady practice, because he can control his settings in Vrbo for changes in daily rates. He could have also noted this in the info about the property. The property was clean upon arrival, but it became clear they have an ant problem. We found ants in the downstairs bathroom, the living room floor and on kitchen counters. The patio can only be accessed by leaving the house and entering through a rear gate, but the fire pit and furnishings are the highlight of the property. I also think it’s odd that the owner doesn’t provide bath towels. We were traveling from TX and had to buy towels upon arrival. I left them there, so hopefully another guest won’t have the same inconvenience.

Great Ocean View Property

My family and I were impressed with this property. The home was modern and very clean. The air conditioning was great and the house was very comfortable. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. Overall I would book this property you will not be disappointed.
