The unit was very clean but dated. Some basic items were missing such as no teaspoons, no salad bowl or servers, only 2 placemats, and no cleaning supplies. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the grounds are beautifully kept.

The first thing that happened on the first morning was that a chair on the lanai collapsed while I was sitting in it, throwing me to the ground. One leg was rusted through. We inspected the other chairs and found one more that had a leg almost rusted through. We love Kīhei Garden Estates. Great grounds, wonderful pool and hot tub, very convenient to stores and restaurants and drug stores and grocery stores. Walking distance to Friends of the Library store. A wonderful beach across the street for long walks and perfect for sunset viewing.The condo was clean with a good bathroom and kitchen. The cookware was all new, a big plus.The bed was fairly comfortable. The screens weren’t tight, one came off in a windstorm and the living room screen had a long rip in it.Mostly a good place to stay. Needs new lanai chairs and screen repair.

Great amenities close to the ocean

This location was perfect for our stay. The condo was just the right amount of amenities for our trip. The location is just one block away from the ocean and close to grocery shopping, dinning options, and a short drive to one of the best luau’s I’ve attended. Centrally located on the island, so that if you plan to explore the island you have various options.

Maui Paradise getaway/Reconnect

Kept very neat. The manager was very courteous and friendly. We met Rob while he was grounds keeping. Visited with our Uncle who is an owner. Ate tons of fresh seafood while in the area, and fresh market fruit. Used the pool and beach every day; hiked at the top of the volcano, drove to the north shore

Cute and Quiet

This location was clean and had all that I needed for the months stay. Property mgt team was helpful and never had any issues. Grounds well maintained and just a short walk to the beach. Perfect location and I would recommend.

Great location

Great stay, close to pool for kids is huge plus. Bedding for the folding futons was not good, No sheets though and not comfortable.

Unresolved plumbing issues

First of all, the location is great. The condo is just across the street from a great beach and the pool and hot tub are a few steps from the backdoor. Aside from that our stay was not enjoyable. This property supplied most of the essential basics and not anything more. There are 2 futons in the living room and only one set of sheets for them and only one pillow case for the two pillows. The bed in the bedroom was extremely uncomfortable and we had back pain during our entire stay. There is an AC unit in the bedroom so that's a plus. They had a nice selection of movies for the kids. Unfortunately the DVD player and VHS don't have any cables to connect them to the TV. The biggest issue we encountered was a plumbing problem in the kitchen. The sink gets clogged and backs up into the dishwasher every night and the sink fills with what appears to be sewage. This makes both the sink and dishwasher unusable. The property manager sent a plumber out one time but when we called back to explain the problem was still happening the next day, our call was never returned. Water damage under the sink indicates this has been a long time problem.
