Thank you so much for your five-star review and for sharing your experience with us! We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your stay and found Edgewater Inn’s location superb. Being right on Round Lake in downtown Charlevoix truly makes our lakefront lodging one of the most convenient and scenic places to stay in Northern Michigan. Guests love being able to walk everywhere—to restaurants, boutique shops, art galleries, the marina, waterfront parks, and even Lake Michigan beaches—without ever needing to get in the car. We’re also glad to know that you enjoyed the view from your condo. Watching the harbor activity, seeing the boats come and go, or simply relaxing on the balcony is one of the unique pleasures of staying at Edgewater Inn. Pairing those waterfront views with a clean, well-kept property is exactly what we aim for, and we’re so pleased that you found the condo as described, clean, and in good shape. We appreciate your feedback about the bedroom and loft layout. It’s true that the private bedroom offers a little more seclusion, while the loft area provides an open layout that some guests enjoy. We also recognize your comment about the room feeling warm with only a small fan, and we’ll be sharing this feedback with our team and the property owner to explore ways to make the space even more comfortable for future stays. In addition to the comfortable condos, guests at Edgewater Inn enjoy resort-style amenities such as our indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, and sun terrace overlooking Round Lake. Our housekeeping team ensures every condo is spotless before arrival, and our friendly front desk staff is always ready to provide assistance and local recommendations. Thank you again for choosing Northern Michigan Escapes and Edgewater Inn for your Charlevoix getaway.
