Welcome to unit #358! Our recently redecorated 2 bedroom unit features a bedroom with a king bed, a loft bedroom with a king size bed, a queen size sofa-bed in the living room, 2 full bathrooms, including a walk-in shower. Host additional guests on the queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
The open concept living space, entails a kitchen with a Full size fridge, 4 burner cooktop, dishwasher, and a microwave.
And don't forget to enjoy the balcony as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.
It's everything you need for a weekend getaway!
The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.
Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 48 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

Furniture was worn - beds lumpy. There were 4 of us - another chair in living room would have been lovely. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Weird odor we believe due to Construction on main floor

Comfortable Stay

We found this condo very comfortable for our family of 4. It was updated and clean, had a full size refrigerator and dishwasher, and the fireplace was a real treat in the rainy cold March weather. The upstairs loft has a door so we all had privacy. The kids loved the pool, and we loved the balcony rocking chairs with view of the water.

Awesome stay

My aunt and I stayed at the condo for a wedding at Shanahan's Barn. The condo was in an awesome location. It was a 7 minute drive to the barn. Very friendly at check in. I would recommend this place to people.

Nice place! No laundry


My family stayed here for 5 days. The unit was beautiful and clean. We had a great view of the draw bridge and the channel. The kids enjoyed the pool even though it was dated and in need of repair. The building boasts two guest laundry rooms, however none of the wash machines or dyers were working at the time of our stay. Had we been aware of this, we would’ve packed more clothes knowing we couldn’t do any wash. The staff was pleasant and helpful for the most part. Overall, a pleasant experience with minor inconveniences.

The view was amazing. It was so convenient to downtown and restaurants. It was quiet and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the pool, hot tub and sauna.
