Screened Heated Pool & Hot Tub with Golf Cart - ONE Block to the BEACH!

Getaway from it all but still be minutes away from all the lovely attractions and restaurants the old city has to offer. You can ride around the quiet neighborhood in the provided golf cart or drive minutes into St. Augustine filled with amazing restaurants, coffee shops and eclectic boutiques.

Or if you prefer to relax at the home with a heated screened in pool and hot tub and cook in the fully stocked kitchen and coffee bar! Or order in from one of the many local restaurants that deliver.

The house has lots of indoor and outdoor spaces to unwind, relax and play. The yard is also fully fenced and private for your children or pets.

Contact with owners and local team should you need anything. Games, toys for in and out of pool and beach. You won't need to leave the house unless you want some beach time. We also offer, strolller, pack n play and a high chair for families traveling with young ones. There is also an outdoor fire pit (indoor fireplace is not operational) and tv in the screened area so no mosquitoes to ruin your fun!

No parties or large gatherings, house is in a quiet neighbhorhood.

Incredibile! Everything you need is there. Just bring your food. We loved our stay! They literally had everything else you could need. Towels. Pillows. Blankets. Golf Cart. Garage Door Opener. Swim Floaties. Heated pool and spa. Plenty of sleeping space. The host was very attentive and answered our needs promptly. We will definitely be back again! Thank you so much!

Absolutely wonderful place to make memories! With the golf cart, a screened in pool, fenced in yard, and a short walk to a dreamy beach
I couldn’t imagine anything better. My kids don’t often ask to stay in a place again, but they also fell in love with this location. It had everything you needed (even for the dogs), the beds were comfortable, and we only had to buy masks for beach gear. I can’t wait to come back with my family. Mya was so nice and was very responsive when I had a question. We rented jet skis at Beaches, and will be doing so again next time!

The house is in an ideal location, 2 blocks to the ocean. Golf cart was a nice extra. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Our only compliment was the sofa. Hard to hold its shape

Quiet place to relax!!

This house is the best house we stayed since we start to rent a houses for vacation, quiet place to relax, the house is very clean, very close to the beach , the pool is very clean , and the golf car is the bonus , we 100% recommend and we gonna can back soon !!

Perfect location, clean rental, and great owners

My family spent a week in St. Augustine in June. This was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in, we felt very much at home and the location was perfect. Scott was amazing to rent from and was available at any time to answer questions about the home or area. Can't wait to go back!

Family vacation

The house was just what we needed for the family. The screened in pool was great for evening swims. The golf cart helped travel between the house and the beach access. Our dog loved wandering around the fenced in yard chasing the small Florida lizards. We would definitely love to come back for another vacation!

Amazing Beach House Amenities!

We really enjoyed the stay at Mya's house for our intergenerational group (grandparents, parents, elementary school aged kids, and dog). Fast WiFi, easy access to the beach (the golf cart is a bonus!), and the kids loved the heated pool, especially since there was a cold front during our stay. Vilano Beach is a great location to quickly get in/out of St. Augustine for visiting all the attractions, but also staying away from all the tourist crowds in central St. Augustine.

We’ll be back!

The house is great! We will be coming back to enjoy the house and explore St Augustine.There is plenty of space, a great dining room table, and a nice kitchen. Huge fridge. Plenty of plates, cubes, etc. We spent a ton of time in the pool and at the beach. You can walk to the beach - it’s maybe 3 blocks. There are also a few places you can drive for like .3 miles, park, and you’re at the beach (one on the beach side of the street, at least 2 right across the street. There were not a lot of people, the beach is nice, and the water was refreshing.There is so much good food to eat - our best meal was at Reef, which is right on the beach. We had lunch, grabbed our stuff from the car, and walked maybe 20 yards to the beach. Mayita has great food and the quesabirria is yummy!The location is excellent. You can get to St Augustine proper in 10-15 minutes, there is a Publix 5 minutes away, and when you get to the house you leave that all behind.

Coquina Oasis

My husband and I loved staying at this property. We could walk up the street to beautiful Vilano Beach. My husband and I took regular walks with our dog along the shore, just beautiful. We could walk in the opposite direction toward the intercostal waterway and view beautiful sunsets. The neighborhood was very peaceful with friendly neighbors. The house was lovely and the pool very refreshing. So glad we found this property. We were also close enough to visit with our grandchildren which was ideal. Thank you to Lev and Mya. We loved every minute.

Coquina Oasis

My family stayed in Palm Paradise last year, and that is where we met Scott. This year Palm Paradise was booked, but Scott let us know he had another house Coquina Oasis available. I would've just searched for another vacation home, but Scott had the best customer service I had ever received. So of course we booked with him again! Coquina Oasis is just as special as Palm Paradise. The kitchen and coffee bar was stocked with the most adorable Rae Dunn plates, cups, and mugs that really gave it such a chic, beachy feel. The open floor plan was accommodating so all of the family felt close and connected while we all enjoyed our own space. My husband and my two sons all had our own rooms, but we all enjoyed piling up in the master bedroom to relax on the Sleep Number bed (the hubs has put in for one now). The house was so cozy, we stayed in more than I would like to admit. We had a hard time leaving the house when we had such fun all day in the pool, then we would all hop in the hot tub in the evenings. When we weren't swimming, my boys enjoyed playing Connect 4 and the other board games Scott had stocked for us. I personally enjoyed Scott's amazing book collection curled up on the sectional, as he told me read Where the Crawdads Sing first. At night it was so convenient to take the golf cart for a spin to grab dinner, then go crab hunting at night. On nights we didn't dine out, we all had fun making seafood dinners together in the super spacious kitchen. Our family vacation is more than just a vacation to us. it is a time where we can escape from our busy lives and all reconnect. Scott's Coquina Oasis is the perfect house to do just that. I would highly recommend booking any of Scott's beach homes. He goes above and beyond to make sure everyone's expectations are met. He always makes us feel like we are the only family he cares for, and always feel special. We cannot wait to book with Scott again and enjoy everything the precious town of St. Augustine has to offer.
