This is a beautiful townhouse perfect for your family's next beach vacation! The home offers gulf views and a very short 1 minute walk to the white sandy beaches!

The home is very spacious and comfortable for all. The kitchen and dining area are perfect for mealtime, and you'll look forward to relaxing in front of the huge flat-screen TV in the family room after a long day at the beach. If still want a little more beach time but don't want to leave the home you can enjoy some great gulf views from the 2nd or 3rd floor balconies! This beautiful rental is made up of the 2nd and 3rd floor of the home. On the second floor is the main living area, with kitchen, dining, living room and bedroom. You'll find a king-sized bed in the bedroom with its own TV and Roku; as well, private access to the full guest bathroom.

On the 3rd floor, is very large room with a king size bed and two twin beds. There is also a TV with Roku and full bathroom upstairs.

Parking for 2 vehicles. Parking is very tight, so large vehicles be warned. Will need to park one care behind the other.

Guests must bring their own beach towels, chairs and umbrella. Beach chairs and umbrella rentals are available on the beach.

Guests are provided starter paper towels, toilet paper, soaps, and trash bag. If more are required for stay guests must provide their own.

This condo is in a perfect location just steps from the beach. It’s also very uncrowded like some of the larger resorts. The condo also was beautifully decorated and had everything we could possibly need. We loved it!

This property was exactly as presented. It was well-maintained and very clean. We had one minor issue with the shower door and Kenny worked immediately to get it taken care of and was very responsive. My family made some great memories here!

The location and establishment was excellent. Communication with the property manager was top tier. When we had questions he responded right away. He notified us prior to coming to the unit to change out lock batteries. The only issue I had was that the parking is TIGHT. So beware if you have SUV’s. Other than that I would definitely come again!!

Beautiful place to stay!

We had a great vacation! Property was exactly as described, great location!! The only issue we had was with the plumbing
but Kenny was very efficient in dealing with it. It is about a 3 minute walk to the beach, and the pool was literally about 100 feet from our door! Very quiet neighborhood! I would definitely book this spacious vacation property again in the future!

Perfect location

My Family and I had a wonderful time while vacationing in Florida. The location is good not too crowded at beach like in Destin. The parking is a little tight but other than that everything was as pictures state. We did reserve chairs from surf n sun (Jordan) we recommend them as well! Memorial Weekend Trip

We had such an amazing experience at this property. It was clean, up to date, and peaceful. The owner was very nice and professional along with providing effective communication. I loved that you could walk right across the street to the beach without dreading a long walk back home. The environment was clean outside of the property. Our kids had a blast! I would rent this property again.

Overall it was good. Cleaning could improve. Dishwasher had a rubber seal laying inside where you are suppose to put the dishes so we hand washed our dishes. Overall a great vacation.

Location is amazing!!

The location was amazing. Literally a 1 minute walk to a Public Beach access. No high rises near so you didn’t have to fight for a spot in the beach. A few maintenance issues but they were dealt with. I would recommend a complete maintenance overhaul so the little things don’t interrupt the renters stay or the owner. It’s can be annoying. Other than that it was a great place for 4 teenage girls upstairs to feel like they had their own place and not annoy the adults. And the adults not feeling like they were annoying the teenagers. Would recommend/stay there again if I knew the maintenance was up to date.

Great location and nice sized condo.

We loved the location of this condo! It was clean and had plenty of room for our family. A very short walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay! There are a few simple things that would move my overall rating from 4 to 5 stars. The kitchen supplies need to be restocked/updated. Only five forks (for a condo that can sleep 6), no pitcher, or mixer. Very basic supplies in kitchen. The downstairs bathroom needs a cover on the light switch (not sure why that would be missing
but it was!) The washer is loud, and has rust around lid. As stated in the listing, cable tv is provided, but only one upstairs television is a smart tv, other televisions are flat screens, but older and you can’t stream subscriptions to them. Providing a hose for the outside spigot so you could wash feet away from the door would also be a plus. The pool has no working lights for evening swimming. None of these issues are major deal breakers, just a few things that could be updated!

Great place for R&R

Location, location, location - this property has it, just a sand wedge away from 76B public beach access, as well as some local shops. We'd give it an overall 5 star, except that there's a note on the thermostat asking you not to turn it below 72 degrees... in F L O R I D A. So, here are a few other things you need to know... Toilets: flush early, flush often; they don't swallow so well. The floors will darken your tootsies. Note eastward facing windows and lack of room darkening shades thereon; no sleeping-in here! Experienced mountain climbers will find ample toe-hold on stairs. The clothes washer wants to be a 747 when it grows up, so don't start it before bedtime. Bring your own knives; the set in the kitchen is just for show. The Wi-fi is iffy. The parking is very narrow. But seriously, folks, this is a great place to stay. The beds are comfortable, and so are the couches. The large kitchen and bathrooms are clean. The door-locking keypads work great so you don't have to keep up with a card or key. There's a hose outside so you can clean sand off before entering. The pool is clean. The neighborhood is quiet. And the view from the balconies is as good as anything along 30A. Super memories made, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Unit came equipped with a washer and dryer- I ran a small load of wash and it backed up into the shower pan in master bathroom- I cleaned it up myself and then when I had family pop over and we used both bathrooms to get ready again same issue- then when my guest used toilet it plugged up and went into the shower pan- contacted owner and was told he couldn’t get a plumber out unless it was emergent
 I guess water backing up and me standing in dirt in the shower isn’t urgent- also floors were so dirty I couldn’t walk about barefoot. Couch had tons of food in it and I only discovered that when the remote slipped in the cushion and I went looking for it. Upper balcony the wood was rotted and felt unsafe. One of the rules was to start the dishwasher before leaving- the rubber seal was no intact it was just tossed inside the dishwasher so I sent a message about all these things and I was only told thanks for mentioning these things - no sorry for the mess etc and not a word about any of the stuff I saw was wrong. For me this says hey I knew the place had these issues let’s see if someone will notice or blow it off. I hope I don’t have this the next time I want to do this. The decor was nice the bed was comfy, the location is what I needed those are the positives. Safe area as well
