Communicating with the host Katie was easy and she responded to any questions quickly. The house was exactly as described/pictured and nicely stocked with helpful necessities and supplies. The home was clean, nicely decorated and the beds are very comfortable. The location was very central, quick trip to beach and downtown, while the neighborhood was very quite and peaceful. The backyard and pool are very nice and private and though we did not use the pool, it was clean and in good condition. We definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Check-in was simple and stress-free, which made arriving so easy. We loved having access to the pool, and the location near the beach, shopping and Sycamore Bend wedding venue couldn’t be better. Communication with the host was excellent—quick, clear, and very helpful. We’d definitely stay here again!

This house was beautiful! We stayed here for a weekend girls trip and were surprised at how roomy it was! The pictures don’t do it justice on how spacious it really is! The pool and the back yard were spectacular. The house was a 15 minute drive from the beach and downtown which was very convenient. Highly recommend!

Family vacation

It was my first trip to Wilmington with my wife and children because my wife and her family lived down there for almost 2 years and she went to high school there. The house was perfect and the pool was great for the family. Check in was super easy and we even asked to stay another night because we were enjoying it so much. She checked the availability and we ended up staying the extra night. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend to anyone going to Wilmington.

This home was great for our family! Very clean, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, sufficient linens. We have zero negative feedback and would book again, highly recommended! The outdoor area was perfect for kids and adults! We and the beach every day and a lot of pool time!The drive to the beaches was about 15 minutes with traffic. Good location for shopping and goods too. This property was a advertised. Thank you!

Great Vacation Spot in Wilmington

Our family had a wonderful vacation experience. The house was very neat and clean. The kitchen was well organized. We loved the fenced in backyard with the saltwater pool. The location is convenient to restaurants and shopping. This is a great vacation spot in Wilmington. We would definitely return.

Looked exactly like the pictures. The location is a good middle distance from Wrightsville beach and Downtown Wilmington. We really enjoyed our stay and Katie was awesome and really easy to communicate with!

Easily accessible and nicely furnished

We were in town to compete in the 70.3 Ironman. The place was nicely decorated with all that we needed. Fit our group of six comfortably. Communication was prompt. Check in and out was seamless.

Perfect change in plans

We had a wonderful stay. We had to change plans with all of damage in the mountains. We enjoyed the large backyard and the pool. Having our own mountain house that we also rent out, I pay close attention to other rentals. This had all the little extras that are so appreciated. The host was great with communication. We had an all around wonderful stay. We were in a location that made it so easy to go from the riverwalk to the beach and the surrounding shopping areas. Wonderful!

This property was fantastic. House so well stocked- better than any other vrbo I have stayed at. The host/owner was great getting info to us and texted to let us know the house was ready earlier than normal check in. Will be back again for sure!!

Great time

Beautiful home and furnishings. Loved the showers with rainfall shower heads. Beds were small in a couple of the rooms. Pool area was nice along with a pool/guesthouse that we had no access to, not sure why. Grill was dirty so we did not use it. All in all, quiet neighborhood and about a 15 minute drive to the beach. My family and I had a wonderful time.

Awesome place in Wilmington

This house was so clean and well equipped with everything you could need. The rooms are super comfortable and interior design/decor very pretty. Bed was super comfortable, shower worked great, and neighborhood is quiet. Pool and backyard was amazing. I wish I had more time to stay there and play in Wilmington. I stayed here with family for a wedding in Wilmington and needed a place that would work for my brother with Parkinson’s. Open kitchen, dining room and living room space worked great for him as well as the hallway bathroom and walk in shower. Bath towels and pool towels provided were also excellent quality. Loved all of the extra hooks in bathroom and outside patio for towels. Also LOVED that there were luggage racks provided in the rooms to put your suitcase on. Lots of extra touches that really make the stay here wonderful. TV cable channels/apps selection was good too. No complaints about anything. Would highly recommend this house and would stay here again.

Fabulous

We have stayed at many vacation homes in recent years and this home was above our expectations. EVERYTHING was so well stocked that we only needed to go to the farmers market down the street. So thoughtful and thorough. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of throw blankets and lots of towels for a whole family and beach towels for the pool. The yard was great for games and having the grill was a bonus. Well done.
