Newly renovated open concept ranch with 3 bedrooms with brand new heated saltwater pool installed spring 2023! Only 5 minutes to UNCW and Mayfair shopping center and with great restaurants and shopping and only 10 minutes to the beach! Maximum 6 guests. Linens included.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Check-in was simple and stress-free, which made arriving so easy. We loved having access to the pool, and the location near the beach, shopping and Sycamore Bend wedding venue couldn’t be better. Communication with the host was excellent—quick, clear, and very helpful. We’d definitely stay here again!

My husband and I stayed at this house for 3 weeks. Great house, well stocked kitchen good location, loved the pool and the host was very responsive and accommodating.

This house was beautiful! We stayed here for a weekend girls trip and were surprised at how roomy it was! The pictures don’t do it justice on how spacious it really is! The pool and the back yard were spectacular. The house was a 15 minute drive from the beach and downtown which was very convenient. Highly recommend!

Great Vacation Spot in Wilmington

Our family had a wonderful vacation experience. The house was very neat and clean. The kitchen was well organized. We loved the fenced in backyard with the saltwater pool. The location is convenient to restaurants and shopping. This is a great vacation spot in Wilmington. We would definitely return.

Looked exactly like the pictures. The location is a good middle distance from Wrightsville beach and Downtown Wilmington. We really enjoyed our stay and Katie was awesome and really easy to communicate with!

Family vacation

It was my first trip to Wilmington with my wife and children because my wife and her family lived down there for almost 2 years and she went to high school there. The house was perfect and the pool was great for the family. Check in was super easy and we even asked to stay another night because we were enjoying it so much. She checked the availability and we ended up staying the extra night. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend to anyone going to Wilmington.

This home was great for our family! Very clean, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, sufficient linens. We have zero negative feedback and would book again, highly recommended! The outdoor area was perfect for kids and adults! We and the beach every day and a lot of pool time!The drive to the beaches was about 15 minutes with traffic. Good location for shopping and goods too. This property was a advertised. Thank you!

Great Wilmington House

We loved this house for our family. It was well stocked, the pool was great for the kids, and we had easy access to many things throughout Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach. If we are back in the area, we will plan to stay here again.

Easily accessible and nicely furnished

We were in town to compete in the 70.3 Ironman. The place was nicely decorated with all that we needed. Fit our group of six comfortably. Communication was prompt. Check in and out was seamless.

Came in town for the Ironman 70.3 this weekend. This house was perfect. We lacked for nothing and the house was even better than the pictures. Beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The finishes and decor were beautiful

Loved our stay!

This is such a great location and a beautiful place to stay! The house is so nicely renovated and our dogs were with us and really enjoyed the big backyard. The neighborhood is quiet and Biggers Market is right down the street. Loved stopping by there and buying different products for our weeks stay. Katie was a wonderful and responsive host. Always a great stay!

We love this property so much! Such a wonderful location of this house. The house was clean when we got there. We felt very welcome and comfortable staying. This is our 2nd year, in a row, staying at this house. We couldn’t find a better house to rent for our family of 6. The owner always responds promptly, she is really great! You won’t regret booking this house!
