Charming and bright 1 br 1 b condo

Charming 1 bedroom/1 bath condo in Rocky Point at the Sonoran Sun Resort, second floor. The bedroom has a king bed, large closet and a 55 inch smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with new cookware and standard appliances. It has a Nespresso coffee maker with pods, a Keurig coffee maker with pods and a drip machine. The spacious living room comfortably sits 5 people. It comes with a 65 inch smart TV. Both of the TVs are equipped with Netflix, Amazon Video and Hulu as well as cable. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room with an updated memory foam mattress. The terrace has a table and chairs to enjoy coffee or a meal al fresco while taking in the beautiful views of the Sea of Cortes. The resort has 2 pools, 2 hot tubs and a gym equipped with aerobic machines, weight machines and free weights. There is also a restaurant bar on the premises. For your convenience the resort counts with a mini mart. The resort offers spa services, including massages, manicure/pedicures and facials

The ocean was a little chilly, but swimmable. The adult pool was heated and perfect. The hot tubs were lukewarm.

The condo has very amenity you could want or need! Location is perfect as you’re literally a few steps to the pool and the beach. Sonoran Sun is a great resort as well with a restaurant onsite and 3 pools and pool bar! Overall an amazing few days!

Great family stay with 2 kids. Unit is close to stairs, making it very manageable to get to pool and beach, parking and the little store. All while still being a very quiet unit, great communication from host.

Condo was perfectly stocked and loction within the property was great. If your coffee drinkers like us bring some K cups. Highly recommended property.

Great Condo

This location is fantastic. The condo was very clean comfortable, and well stocked with all the necessities. Great view from the patio/deck and being on the second floor provided privacy while still having easy access to all the resort amenities and the beach. We will definitely stay in this condo again when we have the opportunity.
